It's was a great property! Check in was a breeze. Property was clean and location was amazing. Only con was that there were two broken chairs at the table. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals. We didn't receive any check out instructions so we just did what other properties have asked us to do in the past. We would definitely stay there again.

Had a blast

This was the perfect place for our family of 8 with lots of excellent activities for all. We loved the pools and the proximity to the beach. Would love to go again!

Perfect family vacation spot!

We have stayed all over Florida the last 10 Years and I have to admit this was a big hit, my family didn’t want to leave. I wish the weather was a bit warmer but other than that everything was perfect!! We will definitely be back again.

Vacay at Waerscape

Our condo was nice, but the bdrms had been changed since our booking and that was a surprise. The property was very nice, pools great and great access to the beach.

Beautiful condo! Just perfect for our family of 4 generations!!

Gorgeous! Restaurants and shopping nearby. The grandchildren loved the pools, lazy river and lily pads with ropes. So much fun!

Amazing stay!!

This is our second stay at Pinkie’s C400 and it did not disappoint once again! Clean, roomie and perfect!! Can’t think of one negative thing about this condo! We will return again!

It was a nice-enough property. However, it could use a deep cleaning. There is lots of crud along the baseboards, etc. Walls are marred and could be repainted. Pictures on the walls were either crooked or hung upside down. Lamps in the unit did not work. Worst of all, the storage closet light did not work. We were there for 6 nights and we could not see in the storage closet. We had three kids with us who would have loved to have toys, but we couldn't see in there. I emailed Pinkie Flamingo and they said they would send someone out. I followed up two additional times, and both were ignored. I never heard back from either of those emails. It was a very high-priced stay to have these little snafus.

Awesome Condo

My entire family was able to stay together in the condo. There was room for everyone. We enjoyed our time together at the beach and the splash pad. The condo is conveniently located for loading and unloading & has all of the amenities you could ask for! We enjoyed cooking every evening & sitting out on the balcony in the mornings & evenings.

Great complex for a family

We had a great stay. The complex was absolutely perfect for young kids and the walk to the beach was easy. The condo was spacious and the perfect location. The real negative for us was the cleanliness of the condo. The floors were swept but walking around left our feet black. Also if you plan on cooking, I would bring basic pots/pans/utensils. This unit was missing some basic amenities, but we were able to make it work. Overall, it was a great trip.

Excellent location

We had a great trip. The condo was clean and spacious. My husband and I went with my mom, step dad, uncle, and Grandfather. We traveled with three teens. There was plenty of room for everyone. The view was beautiful. The splash pad/ pool/ lazy river were so nice to have right outside. Grills everywhere that were cleaned daily! Just a really nice family friendly place. We loved having access to the storage closet outside there were lots of toys, nets, and floats. The main draw though is the location. We could walk to the peir and other sites on the Island. It was great!

Very nice resort!

We enjoyed our stay! The room was very nice and the location easily accessible and short walk to beach! Parking garage gives close proximity to room. Plenty of parking available. Only things that could improve experience would be updating couch, pretty worn out. More silverware, only 5 forks and about 6 spoons. There were no clothes hangers in closets. These are minor things that didn’t cause problems but just making note. Plenty of towels which is always nice. Pools are great! Lots for small kids to play on in pool area. Great area with the most gorgeous sunsets!

Very responsive host. Very nice week for our family. Check in and out was seamless. That is so nice! The room was ready with only one issue that we did not report to the host. The floors were not clean. We bought a mop and used it throughout when after an hour, my grandsons’ feet were black. This was our second vacation at Waterscape. We noticed some much older kids at the splash pad that made it awkward for our toddlers to use. They were running up the slides backwards and throughout the play area with no regard for the babies. The lazy river was little out of control with kids jumping in from the sides. Before staff was present to keep a check on those things. My son was told that the resort sold, so maybe that was why it just seemed a little off. Maybe next year things will have evened out. Otherwise it was great. Thank you again for a great stay!
