Located close to walking trails on the championship golf course and just a 10-minute stroll to the estate’s pool, spa, gym, restaurant, coffee shop, bar and grill - everything you or your guests would wish for is here. With all the delights of the Hunters' best cellar doors, restaurants, concert venues and attractions only minutes from the house, The Sixth Magnolia is the perfect choice your next weekend in the Hunter Valley.

This bright 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom custom-built home is spacious throughout and accommodates up to 8 guests. A generous hallway with polished concrete floors welcomes you to the four spacious bedrooms, all simple and elegant in style and all with luxurious beds so you can sleep in just that little bit longer. White, fresh, designer bathrooms with large walk-in rain showers add to the contemporary resort feel. The two main suites come with an enormous walk-in dressing room with mirrors, and all bedrooms feature their own TV. For year-round comfort the house is air-conditioned throughout, and for those that are staying a little longer, a full laundry is provided.

Stepping down into the open plan living, you will love the entertaining area comprising of a kitchen, dining and lounge room all flowing through to an undercover alfresco area and outdoor lounge, with views over the 6th hole. Entertaining is all part of the experience with a kitchen featuring marble countertops, gas cooktop, dishwasher and coffee machine. You'll have the choice to entertain at the large kitchen island with seating, at the contemporary dining table with bench seats, or enjoy summer nights on the covered outdoor patio with its elegant stone dining table and 6 burner BBQ with views to the privately fenced backyard and native landscape beyond. The outdoor lounge area presents a beautiful sunset view across the golf course. Foxtel and Netflix are available in the living room and each bedroom has access to Foxtel. Wifi is provided for guests' convenience.

Please note, The Sixth Magnolia has exterior security cameras to monitor the exterior of the home only for the protection of the property.  Security cameras are commonplace at many of our rural properties. Footage is private and remains the property of the owner, and will only be used for insurance liability reasons, to monitor occupancy and other policies noted in our Terms & Conditions. They, in no way, are there to infringe upon the expectation of privacy of guests in these exterior areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in loss of security deposit or eviction.

Midweek - (Mon - Thu) minimum 2 nights for up to 8 guests (adults or children) $823 per night
Infants under 2 are free.

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit/bond of $1000.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

LONGER STAYS
Please contact us for a customised quote for longer stays of 3 nights and over.

NOTES
A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
