Aqua Vista offers a peaceful connection to the outdoors, with a patio or balcony where you can listen to the surf and enjoy the sea breeze. A grill is available for simple cookouts, adding an easy option for laid-back meals at home.

Designed with families and groups in mind, this entire home sleeps up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 baths. The layout provides room to gather as well as space to unwind, whether you’re traveling with multiple families or planning a longer stay along Florida’s Historic Coast.

Kitchen and dining
The home includes a full kitchen and dining table, giving you everything you need for shared breakfasts, holiday-style dinners, or casual evenings after exploring the area. With a kitchen setup meant for cooking and connection, meals at home feel just as enjoyable as dining out in town.

Comfort and everyday essentials
Central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and a private entrance help make your stay comfortable year-round. You’ll also have WiFi, an HDTV, and a dedicated workspace for a working vacation or remote days in between adventures. Bathroom essentials are provided, along with a washer and dryer for added convenience during longer trips.

Easy arrival and peace of mind
Self check-in is simple with a keypad entry, and free driveway parking is available with space for two vehicles. The home is also equipped with key safety features, including smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Neighborhood and nearby attractions
While the setting feels tucked away, you’re less than 30 minutes from Marineland, Fort Matanzas National Monument, and the historic streets of downtown St. Augustine. The nearby Matanzas Inlet is also a favorite for fishing and coastal scenery.
