Nice size and we had an ocean view. Would have liked a few more conveniences to cook for the family like a crockpot (which we bought and left). The decor was nice. Thanks for letting us stay with you.

GREAT BEACH CONDO!

We found this condo very clean and spacious. And we got to see sunrise and sunset from it! Also saw the moon setting one morning! Close and convenient to shopping and any activity you could want.

We really enjoyed our stay. You have supplied it well. It was a good fit for the amount of beds! TV in each bedroom was a plus because the children could watch in their room. When we first turned on the water in any spicket there was an awful sulfur smell. It did go away eventually .We also think the freezer may be on its last legs. It didn’t open or close easily and it hummed. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great Family Condominium

Stayed a week with my wife and 3 adult children plus two of their friends. The condo was more than spacious for 7 people. The location inside the Omni grounds was perfect. The unit was well equipped and offered a great view of the ocean and a short walk to our days spent at the beach. The booking was smooth and easy as was the check in process at the guard gate. I would highly recommend this property for a family or group of adults looking for a nice location on island. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Great location and views!

Not a design showplace but felt comfortable and homey. Seems like some upgrading is in the process of happening. Love the fridge - plenty of space for all of our groceries in there and also in the walk-in pantry. Microwave will be nice once working. The view of the pool and beach/ocean is unbeatable, and the marsh view from the balcony on the other side is nice as well.

Perfect Location with great views

We choose this property because of it's close location to a tennis tournament we were playing in. Our group of 6 women enjoyed the beautiful views and sounds of the ocean. The pool and beach were just steps away. The only things we wish we had were more hangers in the closets, pool towels and beach chairs. We also had some outlets in the bedrooms that did not work. They were minor issues and they would not keep us from choosing this unit again.

Old and Dirty

The place was in need of a good cleaning, pest control and renovations. Almost everything in the inside was past it’s useful life. You couldn’t read the settings on the cook top and the coffee pot was to filthy to use. All utensils were mismatched and old. Smashed bugs in utensil drawers and the place wasn’t cleaned prior to checking in. I spent 2 days running everything through dishwasher on sanitze before it could be used. The owners should be embarrassed providing a place like this for what they charge. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else

Wonderful Place

This is a fabulous place and met all of our needs. Pool and the beach access was so close, and we spent a lot of time relaxing Stovetop wasn't working all that great, but got the job done. Some of the lights wouldn't come on, but all in all I would rent from them again.

Mediocre unit, awesome location!

The unit is well equipped but could use some love - terrible internet outside of living room, a couple faucets/showers that don’t work to the fullest, screen doors/curtains rails that are not smooth/off the track, very small TVs in bedrooms, etc. BUT, the location is GREAT- about a mile (scenic) walk from all the amenities or a very short golf cart ride. The pool is heated and just an elevator ride away. We love Amelia Island and had a wonderful trip but would likely not look to stay in that particular unit again.

Location was perfect.

Unit showed signs of age. Window in 3rd bedroom would not open. Unit was not as clean as we would have hoped but location and size was great! Worked great for our getaway to the beach!

Great location, outstanding pool. Condo was noted as recently renovated. Renovations are dated at this point. Freezer did not work. Access to condo is inconvenient as elevators stop between two levels requiring navigating a stairway with little ones and beach gear. Pathway to beach is a short walk, but there are numerous steps that again are challenging with little ones and beach gear. We had a great time but the property layout presented some challenges with many steps.

Pleasant stay in charming unit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. A lovely view of beach and pool. Included many amenities. Kitchen supplies were a little limited if you like to cook. A crock pot would be a nice addition.

Excellent stay - spacious condo. Exterior being redone.

We had an excellent stay in this spacious condo. There was MORE than enough room for the 5 of us. The condo was clean and the beds comfortable. Having three bathrooms each with a shower is a huge plus. The heated pool on the property is a definite bonus! The views are spectacular from the balconies. Inside the condo has high end appliances and comfortable furniture, although the couch has certainly seen better days. The condo could use some little things like upgraded cookware as the pots and pans, utensils, and other basics are mismatched and older. Also, the washing machine should be replaced as it didn’t fill properly with water and left our clothes needing to be rewashed. Outside of those very minor things, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location feels relatively private and the grounds are all being redone and updated. The short walk to the beach was fantastic. We enjoyed being a short 20 Minute ride from downtown Fernandina Beach and it led to us discovering more of the island that we anticipated. We hope to come back in the future!

Great ocean side vacation spot

It was easy to check in as all you did was go to the property and enter your assigned code in the door. The condo was very clean and airy. All appliances were up to date and working. It was a very neat, quiet, clean place, building and neighborhood. The pool was very clean and heated and great! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect beach getaway!

This condo, overlooking the ocean, was just perfect. There was plenty of room for our party of 8 adults and kids to have a great reunion and beach getaway! The kitchen was well stocked, so we were able to easily prepare meals in the unit and puzzles to bring young and old together away from devices. What a novel idea! We will definitely be back again!
