ya una cuadra de Siesta Village, ¡estará encantado! La "cabaña de pescadores" CUTE de una historia lo lleva de regreso a "la vieja Llave" con caminos de conchas, un patio privado de estilo Cayo Hueso con columpios y un pequeño estanque, y paredes de ciprés en escabeche originales y pisos de pino de corazón. Sin embargo, está lleno de las comodidades de hoy en día con 2 televisores de alta definición, Keurig y cafeteras convencionales, lavadora / secadora en la unidad, wifi e impresora, nuevo mini split HVAC y más. Camine hasta los restaurantes y tiendas de Village o simplemente cruce la calle hacia la playa número uno en los EE. UU. Con arena blanca en polvo. Un amplio dormitorio con cama queen. Absolutely unreal. SO CLOSE to the beach. So cute and neat and cozy and perfect. It’s bigger, better, more secluded, and WAY better location than advertised. Like genuinely across from the beach. 5-7 min cute little walk from village. Liz was patient and accelerating. Siesta is so cool and fun. 10/10 experience legitimately

We had wonderful stay at this beautiful, cozy cottage. It is very well stocked and thought through. We enjoyed the outside living space. Laying on the hammock on a moon-lite night and enjoying supper on the outside table. Also, having comfortable beach chairs, and umbrella and beach towels was such a blessing. One of our favorite parts was the short walk to the beach for the day and then after supper a sunset walk on the beach. Thank you Liz and Paul for letting us enjoy your lovely cottage! Dan and Regina

My wife and I had a wonderful Christmas week staying in this beautiful cottage! The space was nicely updated cozy and comfy but still with the cottage feel! Very inviting and quaint outdoor space with a nice outdoor shower. We loved having the bikes, beach chairs and towels!Kitchen was well stocked with extras in all cubbies! Location was perfect for beach access and as was stated, a very short walk to the Village shops, restaurants, and bars! We can't wait to come back!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was convenient to Siesta Key Village and the beach. It had all the comforts of home plus a nice outdoor courtyard with a water feature, hammock and swing.

Excellent location and very accommodating

We had a wonderful time during the 5 days we spent over the Memorial Day holiday. Very comfortable and quiet and within a short walk to an outstanding beach and all the amenities of the Siesta Key Village. We will definitely recommend and rent again.

Overall Impression is Excellent!! Cottage is well decorated and well kept, particularly for a stay at one of the greatest Beaches in the world. Our Host is so great to work with concerning any minor concerns that might arise! This is our second stay and could not be more pleased!

A wonderful getaway

What a gem this place was!! Just as advertised with a well stocked kitchen, comfy bed, lovely patio and they provide beach chairs and umbrella!!! Literally, Beach access right across the street and a 5-10 minute walk to all the good food in The Village! Friendly neighbors as well! Look forward to returning!

Adorable Cottage

This cottage was lovely and perfectly set in a quiet little neighborhood very close to the beach and village. My husband and I absolutely LOVED staying here! Communication with the owners was excellent. Thank you for an amazing getaway. 😃

Perfect for Two

My husband and I spent a week at this property and it was perfect for the two of us! We loved the fenced in area with garden lights, a hammock and swing. The interior design was a mix of modern and original work of the cottage to give it a cozy comfortable feel with up to date amenities for convenience. The owner was quick to respongd with any questions we had while on property. We highly recommend this cottage and will definitely be returning!

Perfect Getaway

This clean cozy cottage was everything we could have asked for and more. The location to downtown and the beach was amazing. We were at both in minutes. The backyard was an added bonus and we retreated there each night. The bikes, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella gave us all that we needed to enjoy the week. The cottage was homey and comfortable. We loved everything about it.

This place had everything you need for your beach vacation! Clean. Great location. Be mindful of the size of your vehicle. We had a Jeep SUV. Anything larger would have been a bit tough.

Thank you for being a great guest Melanie! You are right! Thanks for pointing out that our parking space is best suited for a car or SUV, not a long bed truck or similar really long vehicle. Our HOA also doesn't allow RVs on site. And, of course, we are only allowed one vehicle. Thanks again for staying with us and taking such great care of the cottage!

All as promised

Location was awesome! Close walk to beach #7 and the Village. We enjoyed napping in the backyard oasis hammock and cocktails on the shaded swing. The beach chairs and umbrella were great to have and in good condition. The snowbird neighbors were very friendly. Kitchen was small but had everything needed for cooking meals on nights we didn’t go out. Ice machine and cooler packs were very convenient for beach packing. Would stay again.

Wonderful location in paradise!

Small cottage perfect for a couple. We had a wonderful relaxing time. One situation which was irritating was the neighbors' parties across the road. Did not respect the time limit for noise. However the owner was quick in communicating with the owners to complain about the issue. We would go back again...

Perfect in Every Way!

This beach cottage is so welcoming. As soon as you enter the gate, you are greeted with a relaxing pond with a small waterfall, swing, and hammock. Then the cottage is immaculate and very inviting and comfortable. The location was a very short distance to the beach and only a couple of blocks from the village. You will not need to move your vehicle all week because of the perfect location of both, plus the free trolleys will take you up and down the island. The cottage had everything we needed for the beach and the 2 bikes were an added bonus! The kitchen also is very well stocked with all you will need. I would definitely recommend!

Best Vacation Ever!

First time in Siesta Key and it won't be the last!!! I have never ever taken the time to write a review for anything before but this time I could not resist. Liz and her home are absolutely amazing! Her home is even better in person. You won't be disappointed. The location of this property is by far the best on the Key. It's a very, very short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. Liz provided everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when visiting again. Liz spoiled me!

Short walk and feet in sand!!

From the moment we arrived, it was exactly what we expected. The outdoor patio was a nice oasis with plenty of privacy. The hammock and mini pond created a relaxing environment. Everything was a short walk which was a bonus. The beach was beautiful and only a brief walk to Access #7. The amenities were plentiful and we came home with clean clothes because the washer/dryer were perfect!! We even dined “in” a few times since the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and eat the food we bought!! We definitely enjoyed our getaway and can’t wait to visit again!! Many thanks to our gracious host Liz and Paul for sharing with us this vacation spot!! What a gem!

We had such a great weeklong stay here and would definitely come back! The location was perfect for us as a couple...super convenient to everything. We could easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, which made the whole trip feel really relaxed and easy. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for the week. The back patio area was perfect & very private with swing & hammock. Having access to the bikes made getting around even more fun and exploring the area a breeze. Overall, just a really easy, enjoyable stay in a great spot!

These old style fishing cottages are full of history with pickled cypress walls, vaulted ceilings, and private courtyards. We are just steps from the beach and a short stroll to the Village full of shops, grocery, restaurants, and nightlife. We are the right distance for easy access (park your car and never drive), but far enough away for quiet enjoyment!
