The Space:
Just a short time ago this home went through an extensive, down-to-the-studs, renovation! Incredibly thought out, SMART amenities, spacious floor plan, and a kitchen that's begging for you to entertain in! Everything is new, incredible finishes throughout - with all the amenities and features that you're after! Spacious master suite features a king bed and an ensuite with a full bath on the first floor. Two bedrooms upstairs with a full bath in the hall. One bedroom features 2 queen beds, the other a single private queen bed.

Parking:
Parking is street parking only, no permit required. The street really isn't very busy so parking isn't a huge issue except on Sunday mornings when the church across the street is in service.

Guests have the entire space to themselves and will access with a unique door code

Other Things to Note:
There are exterior surveillance cameras positioned at the front door and side door. There are no cameras in the home, and not pointing to the outdoor entertainment area. The cameras are only to monitor and protect against parties and an unauthorized number of guests. If you're doing the right thing - you have nothing to worry about :)
