This condo has sweeping views of the Sherwin Mountains, a private balcony, and modern décor. The living room features a full-length sectional sofa that curves around a flat-screen TV and a fireplace. Just off the living room is a den with a day bed and trundle, along with a flat-screen TV. The den has a double door so it can be shut off and used as an extra room for sleeping.

A dining area with six chairs and four stools at the kitchen counter provides ample seating for meals. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with hardwood cabinetry stocked with dishes and cooking utensils and high-end stainless steel appliances and enjoy the open floorplan allowing for conversation.

The Blue line shuttle #75 is steps away right outside the front building door, but walkable to lifts.
