Imagine waking up each day to a front row seat of the water. On the estuary front, you have plenty of room to kick a ball and enjoy the stunning views over the estuary and Tairua Harbour. All there is to do here is sit back and enjoy the outlook.

A rare find with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this house and guest house has plenty of space. Two of the en-suited bedrooms are situated in a detached guest house, suitable for extended family or friends.

This space is simply perfect for alfresco dining together on warm summer evenings or putting your feet up on the sun lounger with an ice-cold drink and a good book.
With superb indoor/outdoor flow and multiple living areas, this house creates a spectacular holiday atmosphere sure to fill each moment of your stay no matter the time of day.

There are two outdoor entertainment areas, multiple living areas, BBQ, and an extra fridge/freezer next to the kitchen, so you won't be short on space to keep your supplies.

In the winter, cosy up to the fire and watch a movie. Day trips to the nearby Hot Water Beach and other locations are always fun as well.

Sleeping up to 12 guests with a maximum of 6 adults (unless otherwise agreed with the owner) there is room for the whole family to spread out. This price is for 6 adults. More adults can cost more.

Within 2 minutes, you can walk to a great playground with a flying fox for the children. Also less than a five-minute walk are the local tennis courts, golf course, local shops, and of course the surf beach a short drive. Not to mention the close proximity to all Coromandel towns and attractions within 30-40 minutes!

Soak up the sun rays and enjoy Pauanui at its finest.

Please note: As the property has unfenced access to the estuary, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.

Guests should bring their own linen, towels, bath mats, tea towels and any other linen. If they want this provided, please enquire. Linen is available at additional charge for $30 per person.
Maximum 6 adults. Bigger numbers allowed for family bookings that include children. Please let us know who is staying in your booking request.

There is a strict visitor policy. Small groups only and no parties.
No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No tents to be pitched on the property. Please note to bring your own toys. At this stage there is minimal toys and games and no beach gear is provided. We are looking to cater for this down the track.

Note: To ensure this property is in great condition for all guests and you have a stress-free departure day, a professional exit clean is required for this property at a cost of $250. This includes cleaning and rubbish removal. Simply leave the property in a tidy state and our team will take care of the rest for you - easy!
