Hi Ellen, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:- We were surprised by your comments about cleanliness, as our cleaning team didn't note any significant issues after your departure. However, we understand that spiders and insects can be a challenge in this area during certain times of the year, and we'll be more vigilant in addressing this- We apologize for the oversight with the extra garbage bags. While the kitchen pail was lined, we should have left additional bags and will ensure this doesn't happen again- We’re sorry to hear about the issues with the grill. We have removed the mouse and will continue to monitor this closely to prevent it from happening again- The upstairs A/C unit did have some dust buildup, which has since been addressed. We can confirm that there was no mold, but we'll continue to keep an eye on this- We pride ourselves on the quality of our mattresses and pillows, though we understand comfort is subjectiveThank you again for providing such detailed feedback.
