• Pet fee: $300 non-refundable per dog, per stay (charged per pet)
• Unattended dogs: allowed if they are comfortable alone and do not disturb neighbors
• Guest responsibility: you are responsible for any accidents, damage, or disturbances
• Paperwork: an additional pet contract is required for reservations with dogs
• IMPORTANT: Bringing a pet into a non–pet-friendly property is a material breach of the rental agreement and may result in eviction without refund and additional fees

• May 15–Sept 15: dogs are not allowed on the beach from 9 AM–5 PM
• Leash law is in effect at all times (max leash length 7 feet)
