- The homeowner lives on-site, in the connected guest house, and although you may not see your host and you have separate entrances, just remember the host is just a text away
- This single-story home requires 4 steps to enter. Step-free access is available through the side gate
- A Georgia fishing license is required to fish in the lake. Prior to fishing, please email a picture of your fishing license to the Guest Contact
- All non-motorized boats are allowed in the lake
- The property sleeps 7 guests in 4 beds, with room for 11 total, using the 4 twin rollaway beds
- The kayak and pedal boat are available only upon request, and a waiver must be signed for access. Guests must bring a truck or trailer to transport the boats to the lake
