Set high in Whistler’s Kadenwood neighborhood, this ski access home sits 1,000 feet above Creekside Village, offering forest surroundings and panoramic mountain views. A private entrance, smart lock self check-in, and free parking garage on premises make arrivals seamless.
Sleeping arrangements
Seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms provide space for up to 13 guests. Two primary suites each feature a king bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and ensuite with a deep soaker tub and glass-enclosed shower. Additional bedrooms include a mix of king and queen beds, each with its own ensuite and TV. The seventh bedroom offers a single bed, crib, and ensuite with a shower and bathtub combo. Bathroom essentials, bed linens, washer and dryer, and clothing storage support comfortable longer stays.
Living spaces
The open-plan main level is framed by expansive windows and a soaring cathedral ceiling. A spacious lounge centers around a fireplace and inviting seating, while the dining table seats ten for shared meals. The kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking, with generous prep space and a breakfast bar for four.
Entertainment & relaxation
The media room invites cozy movie nights with its fireplace, TV, sofa, and table tennis table. A well-equipped gym offers space to move and recharge. Outside, the covered lower deck features a hot tub, outdoor firepit, and mounted TV - a welcoming place to unwind after skiing.

Patio and balcony spaces extend the living area, with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill for year-round use. Surrounded by forest, the home offers privacy while remaining connected to Whistler Mountain via ski access just 200 meters away and a private gondola linking to Creekside.

Disclaimer : Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Construction in Kadenwood. The homesite next to Kadenwood Bellevue is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
• Exterior security cameras. There are exterior security cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
