• 7 min drive to Downtown Cloverdale & 8 min drive to Downtown Langley
• 10 min drive to Bose Forest Park
• 45 min drive to Downtown Vancouver
• Delicious restaurants located 3 minutes away!
• Safe and secure neighborhood. Lots of free parking space available.

Kitchen - Newly Renovated w/ stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Includes dishwasher, coffee machine, and all the cookware needed to make tacos or guacamole.
Backyard – Patio Furniture available to relax and soak up the sun.
Master Bedroom – King size mattress with cozy pillows and blankets.
Second Bedroom – Queen size mattress with cozy pillows and blankets.
Sleeper Sofa – Sofa in living room can turn into a queen size bed. (For guests who have a group of 4 individuals or more)
Bathroom - Newly Renovated Bathroom.
Entertainment -- Ultra High Speed Fibre Optic WIFI (300mbps) and 55" Smart TV with Netflix.
Laundry: Washer and dryer are located in room to the left of the bathroom. Includes all the detergent and fabric softener you'll need.
Parking: 1 stall available in the back alley for free. (additional free street parking available)
*Complimentary coffee, tea, shampoo, body wash and conditioner are provided.

Guest's have access to everything on their floor. You are booking the basement suite of the house. The second level of the house is occupied and is not part of your booking. You have 100% privacy on your floor and have your own private entrance.
