Contemporary 2200 SQ FT 3 bedroom suite atop Chilliwack Mountain. Beside 36-acre Hillkeep Regional Park. Enjoy nature at your doorstep. Nature & Scenic Photographer's dream. Walking trails meander through natural woodland & lookout platform cantilevered over sweeping views of Cascade Mountains & valley floor below. Close to attractions; Charter fishing Fraser River, Vedder River, Cultus Lake, Harrison Lake, Golfing, Abbotsford International Airport and much more.
The space
Lower level of 3 story home. Hosts live in seprate upper 2 levels of home. Large open air patio and covered area is exclusive area for Guests. The yard is shared. There are two full bathrooms in suite. Queen size beds in each room plus two futon in an open area.
Guest access
Guests have access to yard, lower patio, BBQ & Hot Tub (access limited 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.) Guests welcome to play yard games and have pets run about. There are cliffs on the property and secluded pathways. Caution parents to accompany younger children as the yard areas are not fenced off. Washer & Dryer available for longer stays upon request.
Other things to note
Access to entrance is walk around on grass or walk over upper deck and stairs. Located 30 minutes from Cultus Lake; 35 min away from Harrison Lake; 12 min from Chilliwack Coliseum; Chilliwack Cultural Centre and the hospital. Vedder river and Fraser river are both less than 15 minutes away including Island 22 site of charter fishing boat launch. 35 minutes from Abbotsford International Airport.

Very pet friendly and beautiful place to stay. The rooms are very spacious and lots of sitting areas both inside and outside. There was coffee and cream available for us to use, a very nice treat. Unfortunately it rained and we weren’t able to use the jacuzzi. Highly recommend this rental.

Wow. Spectacular views, tons of space, very comfy furniture and beds. Everything was spotlessly clean and the hosts were awesome. They were available immediately when we accidentally tripped a breaker. Lovely walking trails right outside for our dogs. Hope to come back!

The property was perfect! Lovely setting, with a gorgeous outdoor entertainment space that we enjoyed visiting and eating dinner at. The patio included a propane heater and some cozy blankets that we cuddled into as evening cooled. The kitchen came with everything we needed including a few cooking staples and condiments. We were a group of 6 people (3 couples) and all had private rooms with comfy beds with well appointed linens. The entire property inside and out was very clean, organized with a designer’s eye for detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this secret getaway quietly tucked away at the top of Chilliwack Mountain.

We came to Chilliwack to have a quiet retreat while visiting family. The property was on a gorgeous plotof BC with wildflowers, quiet, and Mountain views. The home is pristine, welcoming, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed cooking breakfast in the open. kitchen and relaxing on the comfortable couches in the evening. We were thrilled with the location and explored during the day!

Very large and comfortable accomodation. Overlooks the beautiful Fraser Valley. Great trails nearby. Would highly recommend.

This spot is a true gem! We were attending a our daughters wedding nearby and I really wanted a place where we could be, to get away, and just enjoy our time with our family without feeling on top of one another. This place was spaciously laid out with lots of beds and away places as well as a large common area where we could all be. It was clean, well stocked kitchen, beautiful views with a lovely yard. Beautiful areas to walk in and around the property. My daughter is a distance runner and enjoyed being able to use the hot tub outside. The host was very communicative and always responded quickly. Also very flexible. During a very busy and sometimes emotion packed family time we were able to find restoration here. I would love to come back when I have time to explore the area more. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for space, beauty and rest!

Chilliwack Mountain Getaway

This was the perfect location for our stay in Chilliwack. The suite has tons of room has everything you need and beautifully decorated. Our dog had lots of room to play. The mountain views were spectacular! We will stay here again!

Great Get away

Stayed at this property for 3 Nights with friends to do some hiking in the Chilliwack area. Property is exactly as advertised. It is at the top of Chilliwack Mountain and very private. It is a bit of a drive to get to the house but completely worth it! beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked and comfortable furniture. Our hosts were helpful while respecting our privacy. Would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent vacation property

This property is beautiful inside and out! Stunning views of the valley below from the yard. House was well equipped with all the amenities that make you feel at home on vacation. Hosts were very hospitable and friendly. We will definitely stay at this property again if in Chilliwack!

Mountaintop experience.

We had an amazing stay at Dave and Christina’s house. The view is spectacular overlooking the Fraser Valley and there are walking trails directly across the street. The suite is very large with more than enough room for the six of us. The beds were very soft and comfortable and Dave & Christina went above and beyond to welcome us and to provide hospitality. The kitchen was well appointed and the outside area was so great to spread out and relax in. Loved it here.

Spacious and quiet book club retreat

We had a great weekend with 7 friends....perfect space for time together and roomy enough to spread out. Great hot tub and mountain views. Proximity to Hillkeep Regional park was wonderful. Hosts were attentive and available, but not intrusive. We will be coming back for sure. Thanks!

On top of Chilliwack mountain.

great view with forest hiking trail just off the property. We enjoyed the location and apartment. It was well stocked with all the consumables an amenities needed to make our stay comfortable. The host had great info about local trails and things to do. This apartment is bigger then we expected and would be comfortable for 6 to 8 people.

Lovely stay in a lovely Property

It is accurate to what it says it is, and it is lovely! Rooms are beautiful so no one might feel like they have the less attractive room, lots of space and break out spaces inside and out. Christina and her partner were lovely and communicated clearly, and with humor. We felt like we were alone to have fun but could reach out. You feel away while being close and the amenities like hot tub and firepit as well as the trail nearby added great touches. Thank you!
