Este sueño hecho realidad, la casa de vacaciones de Maui le permite disfrutar tanto del amanecer como del atardecer desde la privacidad de su propio hogar lejos del hogar. Este retiro privado cerrado en 33 acres tiene impresionantes vistas panorámicas del océano, las islas y las montañas. Esta casa de diseño presenta construcción de roca de lava y columnas de árboles Kiawe. Los techos altos están cubiertos de bambú relajante para los ojos y los pisos de bambú son hermosos y suaves para los pies. La cocina gourmet es ideal para un chef con amplias encimeras de granito negro, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y gabinetes de cerezo.

Este escondite interior es perfecto para parejas, escritores y artistas, y familias. Solo le tomará 20 minutos llegar a la playa y una hora y 15 minutos para obtener el cráter Haleakala y 5 minutos para Alii Lavender Farm, desde este lugar romántico y la fresca brisa del país hará que sus noches sean felices. También es donde quieres estar para tomar la espectacular ruta de regreso a Hana.

We loved our week at Kula Villa. Beautiful views, peaceful and all of the amenities you would need. We really enjoyed staying in upcountry and away from the main tourist areas. Would love to stay here again!

Fantastic retreat

We had an amazing stay and really appreciated the communication to ensure we were comfortable. I was on a bit of a working trip and we spent most of our time enjoying the north shore and upcountry. This property is private and the views are mesmerizing. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Authentic Upcountry Maui

We wanted to stay somewhere special for our 30th anniversary, and this was it! You will not find a property like this anywhere else on the island. The villa feels like a resort with the private outdoor spaces and views that go on forever. Very clean and well-appointed. Thank you Debra !

Kula Stay

Our stay at the Kula Villa was amazing. It was our first time in the upcountry and it did not disappoint. There is so much to see and do in the upcountry and you are only 30 minutes from the Kihei and Wailea areas. The Kula Villa is a beautiful home with the best views of the valley and both bays. Debra was an A+ host. I recommend the Kula Villa to anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas.

Kula Retreat

Spectacularly situated and superbly appointed accommodations promote deep relaxation and convey a unique sense of place on Maui; awaken to birdsong, inhale fresh mountainside air, taste abundant local produce, follow new paths revealed by kind locals, lose yourself in outer space as the sun sets. Wonderful Stay!

Kula Villa is a property I will not soon forget. This location has beautiful views from the backyard with plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing and enjoyment of the incredible peace of this island. The house is well maintained with a property manager who is kind and always available for questions or guidance regarding the house and area. The bed is very comfortable with nice linens and plenty of drawer space for personal items. The kitchen is well equipped with necessary tools, pans, etc. Overall a rental I heartily recommend and will look forward to visiting again soon!!

Private Peaceful Getaway

This is our new favorite property that we have stayed at. We were blown away from the moment we went through the gates and onto the driveway up to the beautiful accommodations. A feast for the senses in every way. From the magnificent 360 degree view of the mountains , countryside, animals and the ocean to the interior and exterior décor. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of storage for clothing and belongings. Interior temperature was very comfortable for us with cooler mornings sitting out on the patio with cozy blankets provided. A villa with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We have rented many homes in many different places and this by far overall met and exceeded all of our expectations. This amazing spot and home provided us much peace and tranquility. This home will hold a special place in our hearts and minds until we return.

5-star hidden gem

This place was breathtaking. A hidden gem in upcountry Maui, away from all of the heavily congested tourist areas. Situated on 30 + acres with spectacular panoramic ocean and city views. The architecture of the house is stunning. Such a beautiful design. We truly felt like we were staying in a 5-star secluded bungalow. So clean! The bed and linens were so comfortable. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all we needed to cook gourmet meals. The owner even left us an espresso maker. Waking up every morning to fresh espresso in this luxury home was like heaven. Words can’t even describe this gem. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Overall nice, however..

Nice villa, however, the clothes dryer was not working and there was a mouse and mice droppings on the duvet cover and kitchen counters. The property manager did catch the mouse but the clothes dryer issue wasn’t resolved due to wrong size dryer purchased.

Patricia, I am sorry the dryer failed during your stay. It is fixed...but in the meantime a small, caught mouse entered through the dryer outlet. The dropping were not from the mouse but from the more elusive gecko! I am happy you enjoyed your stay at Kula Villa! Debra P.

Stunning property with AMAZING views!

Absolutely stunning property!! Gorgeous views of the mountains on one side and the ocean, on the other. We were very pleased from the moment we walked in. Very clean and it was nice to cook in such an open space and dine on the lanai in the evening. The weather was perfect and we were most comfortable with everything that was provided. Towels, linens...everything was very clean and fresh. Such a peaceful place to sleep and the views at night, into town below was astonishing. We were able to visit the Lavender Farm which was about 10 minutes away and the Winery that was about 30 minutes away. We were surprised that our commute into Kahului was so very close and not as long as we first thought so although it seems you are tucked away on a hillside retreat..it was nice to just be able to jump in your car and get to town (Kahului) in about 20 minutes. We were able to meet the Owner which was a big plus and she was always accessible which is very important to us when we stay at vacation homes. We will definitely be back and are hoping to come back at least once a year. We miss it already. Thank you Debra! The Green Ohana

An absolute dream on Maui

We were allowed to stay in the really beautiful villa in Kula for 9 nights from October 18, 2024 to October 27, 2024. Even the approach to the garage driveway with the great tree in the traffic circle directly in front of the driveway is an eye-catcher in itself. The whole property is really beautiful and absolutely romantic and beautifully landscaped. The owners have put a lot of love and detail into it, as you can see from the complete design of the villa with the small details such as integrated tree trunks in and around the house, lava stones around the house and garden border, outdoor shower, the great terrace, etc. The villa itself has everything you need for a self-catering vacation, great large kitchen with full equipment, large fridge, large barbecue, bathroom with shower and small guest bathroom, plenty of storage space, washing machine and dryer etc.. The bed is a dream! We have never slept as well as here. During our stay we only had dinner out twice. The other 7 nights we always wanted to enjoy our villa and prepare dinner there ourselves, barbecue etc. and above all experience the really absolutely fantastic sunset there. We were really blown away and have rarely experienced such amazing sunsets, each one was ultimately different and an absolute experience every time. We can really recommend this accommodation and it's probably the cherry on top of this dream accommodation.

Perfect honeymoon vacation

My husband and I stayed here for 7 full days for our honeymoon and it was amazing. The villa alone was beautiful and cozy, but the 360 degree views were breathtaking. We had never seen stars so bright at night as we did here. In order to see and do the things in Maui that we wanted to do, we did have to do quite a bit of driving but we knew that when we booked this place and for us, it was worth it to be here where it’s quiet and private vs on the beaches where you’re surrounded by people and busyness. Debra was very nice, approachable, and responsive. She met us when we first arrived and asked if we had any questions or needed anything. After that, she left us alone but we had her number in case we needed to reach her. We would give this place 5 stars over and over again. Highly recommend if you don’t mind doing a little driving in order to explore Maui.

We've stayed at places all over the world and this one is by far our favorite! We loved the views, sunset, Steel the horse, the deer, geckos, birds, and all the things. Not to be missed!

Mystical Magical Land & Home

My husband and I stayed at Kula Villa just shy of 2 weeks. This home and land are blessed, filled with potent high spiritual energy that heals, soothes, and invigorates. If you are looking for a serene, peaceful, and natural setting with gorgeous views, weather, and convenience then Kula Villa is your place. The land is mostly agricultural and you'll be surrounded by horses, goats, singing birds, warm sunshine, and beauty everywhere. The host is available whenever you need her. The home has everything you need. Our stay was so much more than we expected. Thank you Debra for finding this land, building such a beautiful home, and cultivating such an inviting energy for guests to immerse themselves in the Aloha spirit. Mahalo!

It doesn't get any better!

Kula Villa is an absolutely incredible place! It has an amazing view that you can not get enough of! Quiet and peaceful place overlooking the center of the island with both the north and south shores. The host was very accommodating and the place was incredibly comfortable. Would highly recommend if you are planning to do adventuring around the island. Would stay here again!

Wonderful week-long stay

We loved our stay at the Kula Villa! It was one of the most memorable stays we’ve had. The location is wonderful - surrounded by farm land and gorgeous views! We loved the nearby goats and horses. Close to the national park, a vineyard, lavender farm, and just a short drive from the Road to Hana! The home itself is truly unique with lots of natural woods and sweeping views! Very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessities! Would love to stay again. Highly recommend!
