Boardwalk #205 is proudly managed by 'Happy Palm Stays', the top vacation rental manager on the Space & Treasure Coasts!

Are you looking for that perfect place for your vacation? Look no further - Boardwalk 205 has it all! Relax in this stunning two bedroom beachfront condo overlooking the beach! This two bedroom/two bathroom condo was fully renovated in November, 2022! This condo features a huge balcony off of both the living room and master bedroom with a table and two chairs.

The kitchen has new cabinets, counter top and appliances. It is stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and cutlery you will need to make meals on your vacation. There are three bar stools at the kitchen counter next to the new dining room table that seats four. The living room has spacious seating, large flat screen TV and a view of the ocean with balcony access!

The master bedroom has a brand new king bed, large flat screen TV, walk-in closet, a view of the ocean with balcony access and an ensuite. The guest bedroom has two new queen beds and a flat screen TV. There is also a washer and dryer right inside of the unit. The unit is supplied with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, a hard cooler and a beach umbrella.

Boardwalk is a beautiful complex that has an outdoor pool. Boardwalk It is located near downtown Cocoa Beach with many local restaurants, bars and stores within walking distance to explore! There is a private beach access right at the complex to get to the white sandy beach - you couldn't be any closer!

The complex is three miles away from the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier and close to many restaurants and attractions. The Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Brevard Zoo and the outlet malls are easy day trips.

The condominium building features staircases leading to both the building entryway and the beach access walkway. It should be noted that this condominium is not conducive to accessibility for individuals with mobility impairments or the elderly.

Check-in was simple and the instructions were really clear and accurate. The property has the most amazing view of the ocean front. We enjoyed the sunrise from our balcony every morning and also got to witness a SpaceX launch FROM THE BALCONY!! We simply had to turn our heads to the left, and witnessed it.The beach is a literal 2 minute walk from the condo...and the host provided beach chairs and a umbrellas...in addition to beach towels. As a chiropractor, to say that I care about the bed would be an understatement. We slept on the king and it was firm, yet soft. We slept well every night. The condo is also well appointed with decent appliances and great cookware.The location of the condo is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We will definitely return to this spot.

Restful and Entertaining

The location was perfect...the Condo was very nice, the heated pool relaxing plus the ocean was just a few steps from the Condo with surfer's and great people watching having fun with their families!

What an amazing condo and the location is unbeatable!! Wake to amazing sunrises while having coffee, walking to the beach and bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. Only an hour away from Orlando and the theme parks. Highly recommended and you will not be disappointed!!

Nice Location

Came for family of five vacation. Condo was nice and had everything we needed. Balcony was great. Parking was easy. Neighborhood was great…lots to do within walking distance. Older building, but very quiet and in a fantastic location. Beach was great right in front of the unit. We cooked and ate in at the unit every day and it was great! Would definitely rent this again if we come back to Cocoa Beach!

Turtle time

The condo was fantastic and everything the described in the literature. Access to the beach was great for our grandson who wanted to spend every waking moment on the sand or in the water. The pool was a great alternative to the beach for a late afternoon swim. Great time for all.

The Condo we rented for the week was awesome ! Exactly matched the pictures on VRBO this condo I highly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy the beach! Liked the location. The condo we rented was beautiful. The elevator was dirty, buttons did not light up. Window in entrance way looked dirty and window in garage were dirty and there was a bunch of junk on top of the shelves in garage which made the property look pretty bad.

Perfect condo and beautiful view!

We LOVED our stay at Cocoa Beach. The condo was maybe the cleanest vacation rental we've ever stayed in and so. well. stocked. It had everything we could have needed (besides food, obviously). Loved the decor and the layout. The view was FANTASTIC. A bit of a pain walking around the building to get the beach but not a far walk. Beach was WONDERFUL. The neighborhood felt a little sketchy at first but turned out to be fine. Pool was nicer than it appears too. Just wonderful. Would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

Absolutely loved this place

The condo was beautiful. Decor was first class in every way and totally functional. Location was a perfect combination of on the beach, right beside bars and restaurants, quiet at night, easy access, and walking distance to a most everything. Bedroom TVs worked but the channels were not the same as the main TV and the selection of channels was quite limited. I know we were the first renters and I believe this might just be a setup issue. This was the only minor issue we had during our week stay.

Beautiful condo

Condo was beautiful. Location was next door to 2 bars with music blasting all night. If you are elderly or handicapped this is not the place. You have to vlimb 30 steps to get to the front door.. cannot park in the garage. Must park outside.. Pool was not cleaned as ll week until I complained. They came out on Thursday. We were leaving sat morning. Water was freezing in pool. Sand and algae in it

We loved the Interior of the Condominium, exterior not so much.

“The interior of the condo was a delightful escape, beautifully updated, and offered the serene soundtrack of the waves. However, the exterior of the property and its management were disappointing. The condo’s exterior was run down, poorly lit, and gave an unsafe vibe. The boardwalk to the beach was in poor condition, requiring shoes and caution without proper railing. The property itself seemed stuck in the past, lacking updates for decades. Additionally, our departure was marred by a malfunctioning elevator, forcing us to carry luggage down four flights of stairs. While the condo itself was lovely, the overall property and management left much to be desired.”

Beautiful condo, great location, beach front

The beach front condo was exactly as described and the condo matched the pictures exactly! We loved this condo. The chenille couches were so comfortable, the beds were new and very comfortable. AC worked extremely well as it was August when we visited and so the weather was in the 90’s so it was refreshing to return to a comfy cool beautiful condo. The condo decor was beach themed and very well done. The kitchen was adequately supplied with everything we needed. We also used the 4 beach chairs supplied and the beach umbrella which was a bonus and very nice. We also saw a rocket launch from our balcony the last night that we were there. That was pretty amazing since we were about 10 miles or so away or more from the launch pad. The condo was walking distance to several great restaurants and shops. The property manager Taylor was very friendly and returned my phone call very quickly when we had only one question. We had a great vacation and would highly recommend this condominium. It was just lovely and we would stay there again. We didn’t want to leave lol. Thanks and hope this helps summarize our great stay at this condo. 😁
