But if surfing is not your thing, you can visit the best restaurants in the city such as Coconuts on The Beach, Tropics Cocktail Bar, Cafe Espresso and Flavor Kitchen and Wine Bar, or simply just enjoy a wonderful stay in our spaces.

Our beautiful unit, in addition to having a wonderful view of the sea anb being COMPLETELY UPDATED!!, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen and laundry. Ideal for up to 6 people (adults and children). You also have access to the magnificent pool of the condominium if the beach is not your preference.

Our spacious unit offers guests a great place to relax, especially after spending a day at the beach or just enjoying a day off from the stress of everyday life and work.

Excellent way to stay at Cocoa Beach

Right next to "Cocoanuts on the Beach" restaurant (but not too close)! Great location. Elevated first floor deck allows you to view the beach.

We loved this place!

We stayed here for 2 nights prior to going on a cruise. This place was clean and everything you need was provided. We loved being able to park in the garage. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location

Came to get away and see a Falcon Heavy launch off. It's a beautiful location with a nice walk to the beach. Cocoa Beach is one of my favorite places to go and this property didn't let us down. Would rent again! Thanks!

The condo was great! Location was the best, walked to everything. Live must next door, Sunday football close by. I would come again .

Great location and perfect for a pre cruise stay

Our family of 5 stayed at this property before taking a cruise departing from Port Canaveral. The location was perfect. Short drive to the port and within short walking distance to several restaurants. It is right on the beach and the extended balcony offers great views of the ocean. The unit was spacious and clean. We would stay here again and would definitely recommend.for the convenience.

Beautiful view

It was the perfect short term rental while visiting my parents and before boarding the Disney cruise. Space for our family of 5 and a gorgeous ocean view. Communication with the owner was timely.

Condo with great location!

Just as advertised. The location of this condo was great with direct access to the beach and walkable to a number of restaurants and shops. The only driving we did was for groceries and to spend two days at Kennedy Space Center. Our family loved this vacation and the condo was perfect for our needs.

Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony! Everyone was amazingly friendly and welcoming!! There was a maintenance issue while we were there and everyone went above and beyond to fix the issue and stay in communication with residents about updates! Overall, we had an amazing trip!

Family vacation

Great beach location and fun environment close to restaurants and shops. Condo building is little older, but the actual condo is updated. Sleeps 4-5 in beds, 6 if you want to use the couch or an air mattress. Cleanliness could have been better. Communication with the host was good, when we needed something she was very responsive.
