Stayed right down town of Cocoa Beach - Our unit was on the ocean and we were in the middle of everything Cocoa Beach - highly recommend!

Steps to the Beach

We loved staying here. It was right on the beach and within walking distance of restaurants. The beach was not too crowded. Great little spot for a getaway!

Central location

Close to beach, restaurants, and cool spot to view rocket launched. There is a bagel shop practically beside the condo for easy breakfast. The host is quick to respond to communication and the place has a bit of anything you might need.

Beach getaway

The condo was wonderful and in a convenient location. We could walk to the beach and to all the quaint locations nearby. I also liked that we had a dedicated parking space.

The Sunrises!

This was a great place to stay especially for 2 people. You can walk to several restaurants and I recommend Coconuts on the Beach. It’s clean, easy access, great contact with Marcia. Highly recommend!

Condo is really just steps from the ocean. The big sliding glass door gives a beautiful view of the beach.

Beach Front Condo

It was lovely to wake up to the soothing sounds of waves and enjoy such a fantastic view. The condo was in walking distance to most anything you could need. The host supplied beach towels, chairs, umbrella and toys which were much appreciated. Overall, we had a great time!

Great VIEW! In the heart of the action!

The view of the beach ⛱️ is absolutely amazing. Easy access to the beach and local restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Bed great and pull out couch a view of the ocean wonderful. Clean! And great communication. Secure locks on both doors.

Great view and surroundings

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation to Cocoa Beach. The condo was great exactly what we needed. We spent a lot of time outside at the beach which was nice to be able just to walk and I have to drive and park. There were several restaurants and bars around. We only drove our car once and that was to go to the Ron Jon surf shop, we will be back! Such a great host she was very responsive.

You’ll love it!

My husband and I spent a long weekend here and absolutely loved it! You’ll fall in love with the beach view and sunrises. The condo is spotless and fully stocked with everything you can imagine ! Communication with the owner was great and checkin was a breeze. It’s located close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, rentals for boats, kayaks, etc. We wish we could have stayed longer! If you’re looking for either a quick getaway or a few weeks vacation, this is the place to go!

Awesome slice of paradise

We had the BEST experience with this property..from the booking process right up to check out...Marcia was quick to respond with any questions that we had & was very hospitable. The place was spotless! The view was breathtaking & we loved being able to walk to restaurants. This property is well stocked..anything & everything that you may need is there! Plenty of towels, beach equipment & the kitchen had everything you can possibly think of! The bonus to our trip was we got to watch the Spacex rocket launch! We will definitely be back!

Perfect location

Literally oceanfront- 2nd level view of the ocean with steps down leading right to beach, everything you could possibly need on premises, close to restaurants, but in a part of the beach that is not crowded. A minor issue with how to open the sliding glass doors was instantly remedied with a visit from the owner in 2 minutes. The bed has a great mattress. Ceiling fans in the LR and BR plus a box fan in addition to great air con made a very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great unit, but questionable neighborhood

The unit itself is great.; very clean and had everything we needed. Great views and easy access to the beach. However, we were disappointed in the surrounding neighborhood; it’s a bit “seedy” and party central. You’re right next to 2 nightclubs, so the music was loud late into the night and I wouldn’t be comfortable walking by myself at night. Plus, we we’re woken up by someone vomiting Sunday morning.... yuck! The building itself is dated and the access to it was hard to find at first. We were grateful that the owner gave better directions, because GPS is not accurate. If your big “party people,” this would be a great location. We did enjoy our weekend, but we wouldn’t book again.

Spectacular view of the ocean!

This is one of the cleanest VRBO rentals we have stayed in. Oceanfront view from second floor balcony had an outdoor table and chair set. Although we did not cook at the condo, the pots/pans and bakeware were nice. The kitchen had ample dishes, utensils and glassware. The appliances were modern, which included a dual coffee maker. The decor had a beach theme throughout. It was tastefully done. The bed was comfortable. I love that the mattress was incased in plastic and covered with a mattress pad. Great air flow was provided with the use of paddle fans. One located in the living area and other in the bedroom. This was in addition to the central air unit. The provided washer/dryer was very convenient. Although Marcia’s directions were very descriptive, the condo was tucked away and we had to make the loop a few times. One entrance was blocked due to deliveries. Thank you for opening your rental to us.

Hi, I'm Marcia. My husband and I purchases this condo as an investment and to use while the condo is not rented. We live only a few blocks away and are at the condo any chance we can get.

I have gone the extra mile for my guests to make sure they have a wonderful stay. Guests often tell me it's the cleanest rental they have every stayed at. I try to have the condo well stocked for my guests as well.

We also have another unit located directly below this unit. Perfect for families traveling together!
