This premium executive beachfront apartment has been fully renovated to the highest standards with great attention to detail. If you love the beach and want to experience the less busy end of Manly Beach, this is the apartment you've been looking for. Join the early risers, watch the sunset over the ocean or walk to Shelley Beach and grab your morning coffee along the way. There are many great cafes and restaurants an easy level walk away in all directions. It's 800m along the beachfront to Manly Corso.
White on white and a stunning renovation for this absolute beachfront apartment makes it the perfect place to stay. The level of detail thoughout and finishing touches make this 5th floor apartment very special. Some of the Inclusions are:
- 2 bedrooms - main with king bed and second bedroom with 2 long single beds (can be made into a king on request) and a single folding bed (on request) (Sleeps 5)
- Plenty of wardrobe space in both bedrooms
- 1.5 bathrooms with heated towel rails and a seperate 2nd toilet
- Kitchen with top end appliances include full size refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine

I'm an enthusiast for life and I fell in love with the Northern Beaches when we first discovered it over 36 years ago. My husband and I built our dream home for our family. When our kids moved on, we used our new-found freedom to create an amazing studio that we shared with guests. My love for hosting has seen me start a new business managing other people's properties.
We look forward to helping you discover the magic of this special part of the world.
We love walking and can often be seen on the Manly to Spit walkway. Eating out and sharing fine wines with friends is also a favourite pastime! We've travelled and stayed in both AirBnBs and hotels in Europe and have tried to create the best of both in our properties
My husband Paul has retired so now works in the business. He's the "maintenance" person - you'll see him scootering around Manly with his toolbox with a smile on his face! Otherwise he's in the office taking care of the accounts.

This property is on the Manly golden mile opposite the beachfront. It's a short level walk to Manly Corso with it's beautiful restaurants and great bars and pubs. The apartment is located between Queenscliff and North Steyne Surf Clubs. There are even more choices of restaurants, cafes and unique clothing stores along Pittwater Road well worth a visit. Harris Farm markets is also a short level walk away. You'll never need to get in your car.
