Set across two spacious levels, this beautifully designed home offers the perfect balance of comfort, flexibility and relaxed coastal living. With multiple living areas and a choice of outdoor spaces, there’s plenty of room for families and friends to unwind and enjoy their own peaceful retreat. Named after its striking diamond-shaped picture window, this is a memorable holiday home with character and charm.
Upstairs features the main open-plan living area, filled with natural light and capturing stunning ocean views. Comfortable lounges, a Smart TV, split system air conditioning and a dining setting for 6–8 create an inviting space to gather, while the well-equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar, dishwasher, new oven and coffee machine for easy holiday living. Step outside to enjoy two covered entertaining areas — a front verandah with ocean views, BBQ and dining setting, plus a sheltered rear patio overlooking the spacious garden.
Also upstairs are two generous Queen bedrooms with built-in robes, ceiling fans and peaceful outlooks, including one with a dedicated workspace and water views. The main bathroom includes a corner bath, shower and separate toilet.
Downstairs offers a second lounge with Smart TV and kitchenette complete with a fridge, microwave and coffee machine, ideal for relaxed evenings or extended family stays. Sliding glass doors open to another outdoor dining area, while a third Queen bedroom, full bathroom and laundry with washer/dryer complete the lower level. Heaters and full-length mirrors are provided in all bedrooms for added comfort.
The expansive outdoor areas include sun loungers, lawn space and additional seating areas perfect for reading, entertaining or enjoying sunset drinks after a day at the beach. Secure off-street parking with access to the double garage is also included.

This lovely home is situated perfectly in a quiet residential street between gorgeous Mollymook and the golden sands of Narrawallee beaches. North Mollymook beach is only a short walk away, as is south Narrawallee through the local bush path. Also within walking distance is the local shopping complex with takeaway, the popular Asian fusion restaurant, Gwylo, and the famous Bannisters Pavilion. Rick Stein's Bannisters is only a short drive away. The Mollymook Bowling Club is also walking distance. Take cooking off the menu and treat yourself!
Whether it's surfing, swimming, boating or fishing, or simply relaxing on the beach, it's all only a stone's throw away. Alternatively, enjoy a walk along the Mollymook esplanade from north to south end to Mollymook Golf Club, cafes and surf club. Further afield also provides a wealth of activities. A five minute drive south takes you to the beautiful harbour town of Ulladulla. There you'll find more eateries, boutiques, supermarkets, cinemas and tennis complex. Historic Milton with its thriving cafe scene is a few kilometres north where you can browse the local art galleries and antique shops. With wineries and a spa nearby you are absolutely spoilt for choice.
