Wonderful four bedroom cape with a swimming pool Great location too -
Located between Surf Drive Beach and Falmouth Center between Surf Drive Beach and downtown Falmouth. This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. This home has a nice family room, separate living room, kitchen, eating area and two bedrooms with a full bath on the first level.
The second level has two more nice bedrooms and another full bath. The backyard has a lovely heated swimming pool and nice deck with a dining area along with a grassy area for some afternoon games.
***NEW BASEMENT ADDITION WITH FAMILY?GAME ROOM AND TV***
The Shining Sea Bike Path just a mile away in one direction and Falmouth Harbor just a mile away in the other direction with two Ferries to Martha's Vineyard. Woods Hole is just a couple miles away with the aquarium and Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute.

Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
