Everything was clean and in great shape. We appreciated the pool in the evenings and the privacy although we were surrounded by houses. It’s close to all the fun things we like to enjoy when we come to the area to visit. Thanks! We have already discussed staying here again.

Repeat Customers

Our 5th stay at The Coco this year was everything we knew it would be and more. This litrle gem has become an annual stay for our daughter's birthday each year. The owners just keep surprising us with upgrades each year. Last year it was a new fire pit and metal porch awning. This year they added a mini split in the downstairs bedroom (which was much needed). I believe the ceiling fan was new also. I slept like a baby in that room that year. The management team went out of their way to make us feel special.and welcomed this year. We love staying here and will be back next year!!

Fam Getaway!

We stayed in April and everything was great! When we wanted to take the Grandkids on a getaway we knew this was the place!! My grandson's loved the pool and the large yard. The little restaurant at the end of the road was also great to have so close to the house! The food was great as well!!We will be staying here again!

My wife and I rented this property for a three‑day weekend to celebrate our anniversary. While the home itself is charming, it does not match the condition or presentation shown in the listing.Upon arrival, we noticed several issues outside. The fire pit area includes chairs with screws protruding approximately 2.5 inches, which poses a safety concern. The Blackstone griddle/grill is extremely dirty and covered in rust, making it unusable. Approaching the front door, there were dead plants and an open space under the deck filled with cleaning supplies, mops, and paint buckets.Inside, the décor is cute, but the furniture is not functional. The couch is very small, and the cushions are worn to the point that you can feel the frame underneath. The bed is extremely firm and does not provide any give, which resulted in significant back pain by the second night. Additionally, the top of the refrigerator was covered in dead gnats—approx 75 of them. The pool area is beautiful, but the upper deck overlooks a neighboring yard filled with trash, mattresses, and other debris, which takes away from the experience of sitting outside to enjoy the sunrise or sunset. I attempted to reach out via email—presumably to the owner—to inform them that we would be leaving early due to the condition of the property and the uncomfortable bed. I have not received a response. This property has a lot of potential, but it would benefit greatly from thorough cleaning, maintenance, and attention to detail.

Great place to stay.

Absolutely amazing. Would definitely book again. We had a great time swimming in the pool and playing corn hole while my father made some BBQ with the grill provided. Everyone had a great time staying there.

Did a brief staycation here to celebrate a friends birthday. This place was such a sweet little retreat. My girlfriends and I enjoyed the private pool and the long chats on the deck. Just what we needed. Hope to be back again soon!

Amazing place

Its cozy and worth the stay amazing upgrades to the property and the place it self due to the picture it shows it has more added stuff to it in person and the grilling and pool area are just a bonus touch the yard is good to run around in and be bare footed! Its worth coming back but this time with family members to share it with since you can do so much due to the space it has!

Great!

The property was great. We went to a concert at whitewater amphitheater and the location was very convenient. The house was the perfect size for three adults and the pool was a very fun feature. The beds were not the most comfortable but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.
