Disfrute del centro de Condado, gran 1100 sq. Ft, dos dormitorios (para seis personas, (una cama king size, una cama doble y una cama doble), dos baños completos, (dos duchas). Situado en el 5 ° piso con ascensor.
El edificio era un hotel en los años 80. El apartamento ha sido completamente renovado y Diseñador amueblado Algunos vintage mezclado con moderno. Cuenta con pisos de cerámica en todo para facilitar la limpieza.
El apartamento cuenta con grandes ventanales en todas las habitaciones y en la sala de estar con vistas al mar y la playa de Condado.

Apartamento 2 dormitorios con aire acondicionado, recientemente reformado, completamente amueblado, en el corazón del Condado a media cuadra del Hotel La Concha ya una cuadra del Hotel Marriott. Se compone de una amplia sala de estar con sofá de diseño de cine en casa DVD, dos amplios dormitorios con una televisión cada una, dos baños, una cocina, con microondas lavadora y secadora. La parada de autobús se encuentra a 2 minutos a pie, así como la playa de brujas se encuentra al final de la calle. Usted tiene muchos restaurantes (italiano, japonés, lomos, mexicanos) y clubes (club de jazz) justo al lado de la esquina del apartamento. Playa de Condado es justo en la parte trasera del apartamento! Museos, teatros y muchas tiendas de compras son sólo cerca del apartamento. 2 supermercados diferentes por la calle y el famoso mercado de la ciudad (Placita de Santurce) con toda la mejor comida fresca Puertorriqueño (cerdo en un palo, mofongo, frutas frescas, vinos) son 10-15 minutos a pie!

Loud and unreliable

There is construction on both sides of the property. It is loud from 6 am to 8 pm every day. Really, really loud. It is close to the beach and the unit had beach chairs and a cooler which was nice. The beds were good. The property manager seemed to screw up frequently - our check in process was a nightmare and it seemed others had similar problems. He was MIA and didn’t respond to questions. The building is run down and shabby. The unit is okay but not great. Don’t plan on cooking in the kitchen as there isn’t even a pot to boil water. I would not stay here again.

Listing is a bit deceiving; poor communication

Bedrooms and shared spaces were as advertised. Bathrooms need some desperate deep cleaning/ refreshing. Location is good, BUT it is VERY noisy late into the night due to bars/restaurants nearby. And there is construction going on next to the building that starts at 6am and goes pretty late into the evening. Don’t count on more than 4 hours of sleep each night. Communication with the host was horrible. Messaged him several times through VRBO and via text to get the actual building address. He never did send the address, but we managed to figure it out by studying the map of the area. We also had issues getting into the parking garage, which he did not respond to. Thankfully another resident helped us out and we were finally able to get in. His only message was to ask if the place was clean - which it was, aside from some sand on the floor and the bathtubs.

Great location! Very Spacoius!

Victor responds right away. You can't beat the location for this price. The condo has a covered garage, and view of the ocean, and is surrounded by tons of restaurants.

Amazing apartment in the best location of Condado. Everything was walking distance.

What a great apartment and location. The apartment is much better in person, the pictures don't make justice. I love the ocean view and the spacious rooms. The bed was super confi. The location is the best, we had everything within walking distance, the beqch, La Conchan Hotel, Marriott and some of the best pubs and restaurants in the area. Victor was great and make us feel right at home. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this property.

Hi, the situation is great, just next to Condado beach, right in the middla place of jet-setting. The apartment was not ready enough when we arrive, will be best for next people. We did'nt have the one 's we rented. But Mr Alonso is a very good person. He respond at all difficulty we had.

Great apartment in a terrific location

Despite construction that closed the lobby (no fault of the apartment owners), Victor arranged easy access during off-hours for our arrival. The apartment is clean, comfortable, half a block from the beach, with all amenities and appliances working just fine. (The air conditioning unit in the master bedroom is louder than than the other two units, but the white noise actually helped cover the late-night parties in this exciting neighborhood.) The location made it easy to get to Old San Juan, the airport, and other neighborhoods; we rented a car for 3 of our days and the parking space was invaluable. All kinds of shops, markets, restaurants and clubs are walking distance. I highly recommend this property for a great stay in the middle of the action.

buyer beware !!!!

Let me start by saying if I could rate a zero I would. 24 hrs before we were to leave victor called and said the people who were in our rented condo wanted to stay another week and he could put us up in a bigger unit . I agreed but had difficulty getting info on how to get inside unit upon arrival and only got response a few short hrs before arrival I was nervous to say the least . We arrived got in and settled and noticed that the condo was not equipped for our weeklong vacation. They unit left alot to be desired and had bare essentials like 2 cup coffee pot and 2 plastic folding chairs at dining table for 4 people no sweat we were in puerto rico and we could make it work with trip to store for dishsoap and coffee . Then midweek we get a call that they had to move us to another location because they had a big party coming in victor told me I had no choice but to move. So now at new location things went from bad to worse . Let me start by saying things looked bad then there was a pile of remodeling supplies moulding ,ladder, shop vac , boxes of tile etc. We walk in and there is a foldup bed wired to the wall in living room with 2 chairs at dining table and no a/c in living room . The kitchen was disgusting with yet again no dishsoap no coffee pot , dirty sheets that we had to wash and no trash can in kitchen. What a dump. I feel I was deceived and did not get the room i signed a contract for . I also feel I am due some type of compensation for my families ordeal. These people think that just because the have a condo that it is rentable .For the amount of money we paid it was a ripoff . Buyer beware !

The overall property was just as it was presented.

The property was great. The location is superb, even came with a parking space in a secured location, this is important if you are familiar with the lack of parking in San Juan. The Manager of the property, Victor, made the stay even more enjoyable. Victor knows the area very well and was more than willing to share his knowledge with us. I would recommend this property to anyone. It is our plan to visit this property again.

This condo is centrally located in the posh Condado area of San Juan, which is their version of Miami Beach. It is literally seconds away from the beach, and close to several hotels and casinos that open late so you can stay out as long as you like. The condo, itself, was nice and clean and came equipped with everything you need to make you stay convenient and cozy. The owner was responsive and helpful while we were there. Even the full-time residents at the condo were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this rental!

Photos don't do it justice

This condo is perfect, from the state of the condo to the location. It's within seconds from Condado Beach and centrally located in the Condado district, which is like Miami Beacah. The condo, itself, was beautiful and clean and equip with all the amenities that made our stay convenient and comfortable. The owner was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Even the full-time residents in the condominium were friendly and cheerful. There are many restaurants, casinos and night clubs within walking distance that open very late so you can stay out as long as you want. It's just a short cab ride from Old San Juan, without the high price that goes with staying in Old San Juan. I highly recommend this rental!

Victor is the best!

First of all, we could not have asked for a better host. Victor was easy to get in contact with. I could call, text, and email him and he would respond almost immediately. The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures. This was our 2nd year in a row coming to Puerto Rico for our family's spring break, this condo was by far cheaper and nicer than the hotel we stayed at last year. Visiting Puerto Rico has become our new family tradition and we don't plan on staying anywhere else but at Victor's condo. It was clean, had plenty of towels, space, cleaning supplies, cooking and eating utensils, and even a couple of beach chairs so we didn't have to pay to rent one! The condo is in a prime location. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and every type of restaurant you would want to eat at is all within walking distance, from sushi, to burgers, to tex mex, to authentic Puerto Rican food is all right there, even ice cream and frozen yogurt is close by . One day we took the bus to Old San Juan, and the bus picked us up and dropped us off almost right in front of the condo. I can't thank Victor enough for making our stay as comfortable as possible and we look forward to staying at the Da Vinci again!:)

Wonderful Apartment

My husband and I just got married in Puerto Rico recently and my in-laws stayed at this wonderful apartment. The apartment was very clean and exactly as the pictures show. It is also in the most convenient spot in Condado-- you can walk everywhere and there are so many restaurants and bars close by. Victor was amazing to deal with -- he answered all of our emails right away and made sure everything would be easy for my in-laws when they arrived, as they were coming from France. Victor answered all questions we had along the way until the very last day. I highly recommend this rental property in such a beautiful part of Puerto Rico. Thank you again, Victor! Gina and Yoann

Perfect!

This apartment is exactly as seen in photos in a great, vibrant neighborhood within walking distance of EVERYTHING! The beach is right around the corner and it would be impossible to not find something to do on Ashford Avenue, especially at night.Victor was an absolute joy to work with, he was legitimate, professional, knowledgeable and available to answer questions during our entire stay. He even assisted us with an additional Condo as we had a very large group, but he made sure we all fit comfortably. We felt very safe and secure as there was a system of keys needed to move in and even around the building. The only issue was a slight elevator problem that had us using the stairs for a short time, but it was quickly taken care of by the Maintenance man. Overall the unit and my stay was FLAWLESS and Fabulous!!! Victor is a great person to work with and I will certainly contact him in the future when coming to Puerto Rico and would suggest his services to everyone. He will certainly take care of you!
