The Space:
Nestled close to downtown Traverse City, our condo offers the ideal blend of convenience and comfort. Whether you’re planning a romantic escape or a fun-filled adventure, this themed condo is sure to delight. This unit has a Smart TV located in the living room, where you would need to use your own personal login to any of the streaming services provided on the TV. There is no cable provided. The spacious bedrooms feature luxurious king-sized beds, while the living room boasts a cozy queen-sized pullout couch, accommodating up to six guests comfortably.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the basic cookware and dishes you'll need to whip up a delicious meal. We also provide fresh linens and towels for your stay.

After a day exploring the award-winning wineries of Old Mission Peninsula, unwind on our building’s rooftop. Relax in the hot tubs, challenge your friends to a game, or simply enjoy the seating area.

The property was great. Good location, pet friendly, place was spotless, which, is most important to us. Nicely updated, very quiet. What I would recommend to owner is to get a sectional sofa for comfort. Also, building management, not property owner, needs to step up a bit and keep the inside of the building cleaner; especially the windows.

Wonderful apartment, clean and comfortable. Could do with a few more kitchen supplies (salad bowl, tin foil) but that was minor. We would stay at an apt like this again in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing weekend at the Eastside One Condo in Traverse City! This 5-star gem is perfectly located near the lake, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. The check-in process was seamless, and the owner's attentiveness—checking in multiple times to ensure everything was perfect—made us feel truly cared for. I highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Traverse City!

Overall property was suitable for the area. I was very disappointed and frustrated with the agent that was handling the property. I addressed couple issues, he responded quickly but never followed through. Hot water in the property will only accommodate up to 2 people and water will get really cold. The agent supposedly he reached out to property management but no one ever showed up. I was so upset, we had to wait several hours each time for all 5 people to be able to shower. I ended up leaving a day early.

Decent location, functional

Host is very responsive. Location is reasonable. Clean upon entry. Functional for our getaway of 3 nights. Only negative is one parking space to use. However, neighboring hotel let us use their parking for our additional car. I will say, that I’m still pondering the overall value…

Very nice, clean. Fun surprise, hot tubs on the roof with table and chairs to relax and enjoy. The walk to downtown was much farther than website listed, but still a great location.

We were in town for a softball tournament. The place was super close to the park we were playing at. Riley was great from the start. Easy check in and check out. The place was perfect for my girls and I. They enjoyed the rooftop as well. Would recommend as a fantastic place to stay.

TVC Stay

Property was in a great location and very clean! A recommendation would be either more dresser space or luggage stands. Another would be some kind of shelving in shower for our personal items.

Great place, close to all of the action. Very responsive host. Nicely furnished! The only drawback is that there is only one allowed parking spot.

Nice modern condo

The condo was comfortable with lots of towels including beach towels. Tv worked great and this location was close to downtown. Very clean as well.

This was my first time booking and will definitely do it again. Riley (host) was always quick to answer any questions I had. The newer condo unit was perfect for our get away!! Very clean and even had hot tubs for us to use in the roof top.

Enjoyed the stay!

We spent 3 nights in winter. My husband and I met another couple there.The locations was great and clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the hot tubs were clean. Only inconvenience was the parking. In the winter we were able to find a parking sace at the nearby hotel and they let us park there. Otherwise parking for second car was provided, but it was 1 mile away. That was a little tricky because we went with another couple.
