This gorgeous, sun-drenched home offers a tranquil vibe alongside quick, easy access to shopping and restaurants in the heart of Cape Coral. Admire the bright, sunny decor of the open-plan living space. Take in the peaceful canal view from the spacious outdoor lanai, unwind with a swim in the electric heated pool and spa, or sit at the fun tiki bar and enjoy a drink with family and friends.

Guests will enjoy everything this home has to offer!

Master bedroom is equipped with King size bed, slider access to lanai and En suite bath. Master bath features soaking tub, huge walk-in shower, and dual vanities.

Both guest bedrooms offer comfy queen beds making this home a perfect space for families or friend groups. All bedrooms have cable and streaming equipped Smart TVs. Guest bath includes tub/shower combo and access to pool deck.

Step outside to the heart of this home where you will find the spacious pool deck with outdoor kitchen and propane BBQ grill. Plenty of outdoor dining space and sun loungers to relax and soak up the Florida sun. Enjoy entertaining at the fun dock tiki hut after a trip down the canal on the paddle boat. Swimming in the electric heated pool or lounging in the spa will be the highlight of your trip!

The Tiki retreat lived up to its description, The House Heated pool, Spa and Tiki Bar was absolutely great. I highly recommend a stay here with Family and friends! If I was coming back to Cape Coral I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a Great vacation!

After renting several homes over the years this one was amazing! Tiki hut on the dock made for great mornings and even better evenings. House layout was great and had everything. Close to everything from restaurants to stores. A perfect relaxing vacation oasis. If your considering this as an option make it a reality!!!

The Tiki bar was a great treat. The house was beautiful, tastefully decorated and, well stocked. It was sparkling clean and had everything we needed for a good time.

Fantastic stay

The property is just as listed, beautiful house, amazing pool, close to nature with the canal. Fed the turtles daily, fishing etc. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the property more. Close to beaches, great location.

Beautiful Home

This was a wonderful vacation for our family. We enjoyed pool time and venturing out to the surrounding area. The neighborhood was safe and ideal for jogging and biking with kids. Everything about the property was exactly as described and pictured.

This house is absolutely amazing! Everything was exceptionally clean and well organized. We have stayed in several different homes on family vacations and this house was the cleanest and best stocked. It had everything you'd possibly need for a family vacation and then some! Spices, coolers, beach chairs, sand toys, 3 linen closets full of towels, sheets, blankets, and more. We spent the majority of our time by the pool and Tiki Hut area, which was just as amazing. It was always warm and well cleaned. The paddle boat was a great bonus. If I HAD to think of something that could be improved, it would be the fan in the master bedroom...strange, but it was quite loud at night. Again, very small issue! The manager of the property was always quick to reply and helpful. I would definitely book the Tiki Retreat again!!

Perfect Family Vacation

We were so pleased with our stay at the 'Tiki Retreat'. We have three children under six. This property had accommodations for all of us! We really took advantage of the pool and outdoor living area, which is where we spent most of our time. It was so convenient to have sight lines out to the pool from the living area and kitchen to have an eye on the kiddos. The pool was clean, warm, had a good supply of pool toys and floaties. We were very excited to see so much wild life - ducks and their babies, turtles, large fish. We were able to feed the ducks and turtles, which was a big highlight for the kids. My son and husband have a love for fishing and were out every single day. They caught a handful of fish - different variations. We brought our own poles, but they did have them down at the tiki. We used the outdoor grill area only a couple times, but it was very nice and clean. The property was equipped with all you need for a beach day - chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, towels, cooler, etc. That was a huge plus because we have been places where we need to rent or buy those items. Made for a very seamless stay and trips to the beach. The location is very nice and convenient. Once we got our bearings on the area, we realized we were about 15 minutes to most restaurants, downtown Cape Coral, Cape Harbour (loved that area), and the Yacht Club beach. It was a little more of a hike to Fort Myers beach, but that was known before booking. Thank you!

The host was incredible! Answered all messages very quickly. The property was spectacular! It was clean and had everything we needed! The host has gone above and beyond by providing so many extras to make us feel right at home! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to our friends!
