This unique, 5 bedroom cottage with a rustic interior, sits on 11 acres of land surrounded by Endless Trails, Mature Trees, Streams and A Beautiful Pond - a Nature Lover's Paradise! Perfect for enjoying the view, walking along the trails, and enjoying the large open space out back. Experience the serenity and nature at your leisure.

Our second Christmas stay with my family was lovely, young people could go downstairs and play pool, large living room for family games and to watch hockey games also large windowed dining room that we could all eat meals together. Large snow storm while we were there that made the grounds beautiful and driveway was ploughed quickly. Neomi answered any questions quickly.

Our group stayed to play the local golf courses for a weekend. The house is large and has one of the most unique layouts Ive ever seen. Its set in a very quiet and peaceful rural area. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent property for large families and friends

All my guest had a pleasent stay and enjoyed all the property had to offer. Game room was nice entertanment and large kitchen and family room . I would recommend this property.

Family Christmas

This is a home with lots of room, a big family room, games room was great for the teens and lovely bright dining room to play games and eat. The pictures were exactly like the house is. We had a bonfire as well. Great time weekend ,will go back.

fun weekend

we stayed at Naomis place because it was near the Canadian tire motorsport track. There was plenty of space in the home for all sorts of activities and a very sound proof door separating most of the bedrooms from the kitchen and dinning area which was nice for sleeping in or going to bed early

We ended buying toilet paper. They only put 4 rolls for 10 people for 2 nights stay! And the barbeque grill is already falling off and dirty!

The property was exactly as it was described. I ride with a group of usually 12 people, and it is sometimes difficult to find suitable accommodations; this property was perfect. The house and some of the fixtures are a little older, but are well maintained and all functioned the way that you need them too. The setting is amazing, you are right next to the highway and a quick commute to get supplies, but you would never know it. You are surrounded by trees, have great patio areas and a fire pit to sit and relax at, and a small games area with a pool table and air hockey. In addition to all of this there was enough parking for all of our bikes, and a pickup all on a paved driveway. The host was fantastic to deal with, quick communication and worked to accommodate all of our requests. This was a great property for our group and we had no complaints.

Wonderful Canada long weekend to start the summer

The cottage is spacious, well maintained and provided enough supply. The location is very close to Toronto, less than 90 mins drive. There are many rooms with different functions, like a walkout basement with a bbq area and a game room with billiards and table hockey. We also noticed the windows are all replaced to new ones. Few things that could get better, like dishwasher and kitchen cooking area. It is hardly to make dishes clean. We had to use soap and brush to wash all dishes in the end. And kitchen was quite small for squishing more than 2 adults to cook. Other than that, Naomi is very easy to communicate. Before the trip, she responded our requests and answered my concerns in a fast and positive communication. 13 people including little children all enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended.

Unacceptable

The house is not as described. There is only one bathroom. And there is a trash can next to the toilet for dirty toilet paper because there are signs stating absolutely nothing is to be flushed, even toilet paper to discard your used toilet paper in the trash can. Disgusting. We arrived late and had to try to make the best of it but the beds are bad. Springs poking through the sheets. There is no AC and the house is hot and musty. Notes on bedroom windows that they are broken and don’t open. We left at sunrise as we were unable to sleep. Had to find alternative arrangements for the rest of our stay.
