Coast Fingal Bay is the absolute epitome of elegance, modern luxury and breathtaking views over the beach. Sleeping 8 people, every detail and inclusion is of the highest standard and the only problem you'll experience is that you will never want to leave!
On the ground floor you will find the double garage, entry, downstairs living area with large screen TV and master bathroom with corner bath and shower. At the back of the home leading through sliding doors to the balcony and hot tub is a large bedroom with a queen size bed. At the front of the home is the third bedroom featuring a double bed and one set of single bunks.
Head up the stairs for views over Fingal Bay Beach, the spacious loungeroom with large screen smart TV, gas fireplace, chef's kitchen, dining area and the master suite complete with queen size bed, TV, walk-in robe, ensuite and its own balcony.
Coast is located a 5 minute stroll to the Friendly Grocer and Cafe in Market Street Fingal Bay and also only 5 minutes walk to the Southern end of Fingal Bay Beach. Walk a few minutes more and you’ll reach the Longboat cafe and Saltwater restaurant. Six minutes drive and you will be in Shoal Bay with many restaurants and cafes to enjoy and only a few minutes more into Nelson Bay town centre. The coastal walking trail that links Barry Park lookout to Boulder Bay is on your doorstep.
At Coast Fingal Bay, your beds will be made prior to arrival with your included linen. Bath towels are also provided. Other prestige features include an outdoor shower, ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning, a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, designer furniture and soft furnishings, Bowers & Wilkins wireless speakers, in-ceiling surround sound system, XBox gaming console, bespoke wall art and sculptures plus complimentary NBN wi-fi.
Please Note that Coast Fingal Bay will not accept school leaver or party bookings of any kind. All guests must adhere to the Holiday Rental Code of Conduct. Security Deposits can be added to any property at any time. Pets are not included at Coast Fingal Bay.
