I just left the property after a week. The communication was excellent, the property is a perfect location as it is right next to all the bars, restaurants, and pier in surfside so you can walk every where. The place was super clean and well kept. We enjoyed every minute. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Excellent house and location

This is a great property. Kitchen has plenty of dishes and pots and pans but you will need to bring your own basics like salt/pepper and oil. Beach towels and beach chairs provided, which was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed all the space and location of the property. It was clean and had everything we needed. Close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants.

This is a great beach house to stay in nice big dining room table in the living room with open concept. It was really fun. We had a great time.!!

Perfect vacation

Our family couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The house was beautiful, the location was close to everything, and the week went perfectly. Everything about the rental was easy, its so close to the beach, and we could walk to all the restaurants. There's even a great farmers market every week. We would love to stay again!

Surfside Beach gem!

Great house in a great location. We were a group of 8. Plenty of room and privacy. The home was clean and comfortable. Location is ideal if you want some action. Steps from several restaurants / bars and a short ride to Murrells Inlet. Would 100% stay here again.

Great Experience!

The house was exactly as advertised and in a perfect location! Walk to multiple restaurants, Surfside pier, and beach is less than 2 minutes. You can see the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. Great place to stay!!

Group Golf Weekend

The property was very clean and very accurate to the images in the listing. There are plenty of food options right next door with very easy beach access right across the street. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here while we visited Myrtle Beach to have a guys golfing trip.

Beach House Rental

The house was incredible, super clean and in a great location at the beach. Our agent Barrett, went above and beyond what would typically be expected. We will definitely be renting this same property in the future.

Family friendly

House had plenty of room. Kitchen well stocked with utensils for cooking. The deck was great for outdoor seating. The pool was fun for all ages the location was perfect as you could walk to local restaurants and pier for homemade ice cream ! Definitely recommend trying out this home for your next vacation rental.

Great stay

Everything was perfect and exactly what was promised. There was an issue with cleanliness of the pool but was corrected very quickly and we appreciated that. Would not be a bad idea to cut back the palm trees quite a bit. Really no complaints and looking forward to staying here again next year. Location is perfect. Decent location, property is not greatly kept up with.

Overall, the stay was fine but the house has a bunch of tiny issues "visually" that leaves you to wonder if you'll be blamed for anything. The bathrooms "all except master" need fixes, updating, paint, and various drywall work around plumbing. The kitchen regrigerator has dents all over it, again, we didnt care but you never know when youll get blamed for something. The pool is not heated and water is a chilly 70 to 80 which is our fault for not checking. The listing didnt say "not heated.. but it also didnt say heated".. be aware of that. The area is great, tons to do but with that comes a ton of noise. Lots of construction that starts very early, we are talking 4am early. Garbage trucks at 4am as well. We will likely pick a different spot next time "more secluded". Some bedrooms have curtains.. some dont so if your sensitive to light, stay away. You can hear everything including neighbors fighting on multiple occasions so if you expect privacy or "quietness" you wont get that here. We asked mgmt what the wifi code was and they never responded but we did find the code after the fact so not sure how responsive they are. The mgmt offered a golf cart at a daily price but come to find out the cart was illegal and they did not have any SC stickers on it. We were pulled over once for not having stickers and parking is difficult without the stickers since you cant really register without it. They are supposed to discount us for the non-use but I havent heard anything.
