Spacious, bright and very comfortable, this modern 3-bedroom fully self-contained apartment is just a five minute walk from the very centre of Queenstown and all it has to offer. Ideal for families or, a group of friends. Enjoy great views of the surrounding mountains from either of our two balconies!
You will have the whole property to yourselves and sole use of our lock up garage for either your rental car, bikes or skis. Modern well designed furnature throughout, offers cosy living with a touch of elegance and unique design. The lounge area has a large Smart HDMI TV for you to enjoy Netflix or cast your favourite movie or video onto, or, perhaps share your incredible days activities, be that biking, sky dive, bungy jump, or more congienal wine or beer experince, with friends or loved ones.
The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, including large fridge freezer, dishwasher machine and the all important Nesspresso machine and food blender. A large dinner table and well lit room onto balcony, provides space for everyone to gather around and share the days amzing experiences. A clothes washing machine and seperate dryer means your fully self sufficient.

The Space:
The unit is set over three floors.
The ground floor and property front private entrance houses the private garage, with easy stairs leading up to the lounge, kitchen, dinning and balcony areas. A second flight of stairs then leads up to all the bedrooms, bathrooms and utility cupboard. The master bedroom with King bed and on-suite being located at the front of the unit, having its own private balcony with fantatsic elavted views towards Skyline gondola, here you can enjoy a private morning coffee, or breakfast before the day ahead! The second bedroom has Queen bed and is located at the rear of the property and bunk room for shorter folk and those under 80kgs, along with shared family bathroom, being situated in between.
First floor comfy lounge offers a great space to relax in. Furnished for you to enjoy an evening of relaxation with modern smart flat screen television and Netflix for entertainment. Or the large dinner table is great for sitting around while enjoying company and our great views.
The units parking is inside the garage, and is to be used to park all vehicles. It is suitable for one vehicle only, but large enough for a four by four yewt and a few bikes . There is additional free parking on the road adjacent to the unit. Specifically please do not inconvenience others, by parking vehicles
in other property owners spaces or blocking them in.

You have the entire unit to yourself. We are located in a residential area. We ask all guests to respect neighbours and that others live in the area permanately.

Youll be able to walk most places. A great local public bus service can take you most places for just $2. Alternatively, Queenstown taxi's are very reliable, or Uber is available.
