We were 3 older fellas in town to bottle bourbon and needed a clean, convenient place to stay. This property gave us just that.

Linda, a well-arranged house makes all the difference when you are settling into Hill Country for a few days, and it sounds like the space did exactly what it should. Glad you felt that from the moment you walked in. The furniture layout in that living area is something we put real thought into, so it is good to hear it paid off. Whenever you are ready to come back, the property sits in prime wildflower season come spring and it is worth every bit of the drive!

Yes the home was welcoming to pets and the kitchen had all that we needed but we didn't really cook to many places to eat in Fredrickburg. The big beds were wonderful! Also enjoyed the quiet back yard.

The house was really nice. Really great neighborhood, neighbors were quiet. Easy check-in and the Cozi vacation people were readily available if needed. Only downside is the beds were so soft, like sink to the bottom of the mattress soft. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The fenced in yard was perfect for our pup while we enjoyed some corn hole and patio dining. The kitchen had everything we needed to make nice meals, and we felt very comfortable and at home. The house was very clean and three bed, two bath was perfect for our needs. I will highly recommend this location to friends. It really was perfect, thank you!
Enjoying a nice dinner, grilled steaks with all the fixings (gas grill on back patio)

Quiet and Comfortable

Really enjoyed Fredericksburg wished we would have had more time. Comfortable beds, quiet location, clean, and spacious. Sheltered deck in backyard was nice touch. A bit too far from downtown to walk.

Angela, a perfect ten with no words attached still tells us plenty, and we appreciate you taking the minute to leave it. The house sits on a quiet stretch of the Hill Country, and the porch out back is worth an unhurried morning with coffee once the mist lifts off the cedar. Come see us again whenever the road brings you this way. Our returning guests always get 10% off, so that is yours the next time you book with us. Sincerely, Morgan, Director of Operations.
