While we aim to maintain a high standard, it seems we missed the mark here, and we'll address this with our cleaning team to ensure it's up to par for future guests.-We’re glad the issues with the bathroom sink and shower pull were resolved quickly during your stay.-For the hot tub, the welcome letter includes instructions on adjusting the temperature, as it may need to be increased upon arrival. However, we’ll look into making these details even clearer for future guests.-The fireplace is set to not turn on if the room temperature is higher than the thermostat setting, but we apologize for any confusion this caused. We would have been happy to assist with this had we known.-As for the fur, the home is pet-friendly, and while we do our best to clean thoroughly, we’ll reinforce efforts with our team to address this better.Thank you for your valuable feedback, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve. The owner reset the modem and contacted the internet provider to confirm the service, but they regret that this impacted your experience. - The devices you noticed are part of a Wi-Fi-based leak detection system that helps protect the property from potential water damage.
