Welcome to "SHOOTING STAR"! This lovely three bedroom, three bathroom custom built home is located in the St. George Plantation. Your stay in Shooting Star provides you with access to these community amenities: nature trails, bicycle paths, tennis courts, pickle ball court, fitness center and two community pools. The private, wooded lot has a driveway that leads you to the exterior, which offers under-home concrete parking, private pool with spillover waterfall (heated for a fee), 4-person hot tub, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning station and park-style grill. An exterior staircase leads from the ground floor to the main floor. A large, screened porch invites you to relax and listen to the birds while enjoying alfresco dining at the picnic table or playing a game of checkers or chess. Lots of seating to enjoy this private spot. Large sun deck is off the screened porch for the sun lovers in your party. Beach access is easy to navigate on the wooden walkway leading you from the house to the community boardwalk to the beach, for easy access to the white sands and shimmering blue green waters of the Gulf. The interior is finished with detailed custom woodwork, hardwood floors in the main areas with carpeted bedrooms. The living, dining and kitchen areas feature an open floor plan. The living area features comfortable seating for everyone in your group, wood burning fireplace to keep you warm and cozy on those chilly nights, built-in bookcases, TV and DVD player. The dining table accommodates 6 guests with seating for 3 at the bar. There is direct access to the large screened in porch with a picnic table for enjoying outdoor dining. The well-stocked kitchen features tile counters, beautiful wood cabinets and stainless appliances for cooking your delicious meals. The Southwest suite features a king bed, small desk, TV, direct access to the sun deck and en-suite bathroom with a large vanity, soaking tub and stand-up tile shower. The Northwest suite features a queen bed, TV, direct access to the covered deck and en-suite bathroom with an ADA approved large roll in/handicap shower, grab bars and an elevated sink for easy access. The East bedroom features 2 twins. The guest bathroom is located beside the East bedroom with a stand-up tile shower.
