The Absolute BEST VRBO ever!!!

My wife and I stay at quite a few VRBOs around the US and this was our absolute favorite. It's so beautifully furnished that it feels like a home. Its beautiful!

Perfect Small Space in Awesome Neighborhood

Communication with facility management was clear and the unit was clean. Great location close to food, shopping, and downtown.

Beautiful place and a great location.

We loved the place and its location. We think it’s perfect for one or two people. The linen shelves in front of bathroom was convenient since small bathroom does not have counter top options. Having the washer/dryer was a plus and loved all natural light all around. Thank you for sharing this property.

Excellent stay. Clean, well-decorated and location is prime. Host communication is spot on. Two things to improve…1) Dryer does not dry clothes in a timely manner. Takes too long. 2) Bed mattress is too soft. We prefer a more firm mattress. All else really good and would stay here again.

Quiet upscale Tampa neighborhood. Walk to Hyde Park Village and Bayshore. Immaculate unit. Perfect host communication. What more could you want?? Don’t look any further. Book it!!!

Outstanding property and location. Tree lined streets. Beautiful, friendly, and safe neighborhood. Across the street from promenade/water. Five minute walk to Hyde Park Village. Ample and safe parking in lot and on street. Very dog friendly. Super comfortable bed. One thing to note is the unit does not have a freezer, which I thought was odd otherwise all was perfect. Cannot wait to return.

Beautiful, clean, & in a great location!

This is a great property! I stayed for three nights, and everything was wonderful. The building is quiet and beautifully renovated. Property has all amenities you would need. Comfortable bed, lots of natural light. I am local to Tampa and can attest that the location is wonderful as well. You are in arguably the nicest neighborhood in the city, great for walking, and literally less than a block from Bayshore, where you can walk along the bay. Also, easy walking to Hyde Park Village, where there are shops, restaurants, etc. Host was responsive and check in was easy.
