Featuring a Penthouse Level Indoor Pool and Fitness Center, as well as a seasonal Recreation Deck with Outdoor Pool, Children’s Pool, Tiki Bar and Grill and even sometimes Live Entertainment, there is something for everyone in your family to fall in love with! Golden Sands also offers one of Ocean City’s only Private Beach areas, open only to Golden Sands guests. For your convenience, one parking permit is provided upon registration with the building, additional parking permit available at an additional fee, subject to availability. Also, for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Comfortably sleeping a family of 6, you will love this beautiful, open floor plan with breathtaking Ocean Views. As you enter, you will find Bedroom 2 - conveniently tucked away from the Living Area with a cozy Queen Bed. Attached to this Bedroom, as well as accessible from the main Living Area, is the super convenient and unique Bathroom with 2 separate Vanities and toilet areas connected by access to the Shower/Tub Combo. At the end of the Hall, you will be in awe of the sweeping Ocean Views from the open Living Area with Kitchen and Dining Area. As you enter the Living Area, you will feel this beautiful home open to truly breathtaking Ocean Views with a wall of windows to the water and access to the Private Oceanfront Balcony. The Kitchen will delight the Chef in your family - well-stocked with all you need to make any mealtime a breeze. The Breakfast Bar is the perfect space to grab a quick bite before hitting the Beach or the Pool, and there is also additional seating at the side table. Can't do without those sea breezes? Golden Sands Requires guests to register prior to arrival. Registration is $75 for the entire stay and includes 1 parking permit for assigned parking space (assigned June-August). Registration fee will be charged with final Balance.

Additional permits may be available for $20/day subject to availability upon arrival.

Registration form must be filled out and returned prior to arrival in order to receive arrival instructions and codes via email.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
