In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 3.

This renovated Kiawah Island vacation rental features 3 bedrooms, a lustrous sunroom, a relaxing sundeck, beautiful river views, and access to the Inlet Cove community dock and seasonal pool. This Inlet Cove cottage also offers a 9-minute walk to the nearest beach access in West Beach.

The cottage features neutral hues, soft finishes, and an abundance of natural light. The living area offers comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, a desk charging station for electronics, and access to the spacious sunroom. The fully equipped kitchen features new KitchenAid appliances, gorgeous white cabinetry, a water-filtered sink, and a center island with barstool seating. The dining room area offers ample seating for your whole party and is the perfect entertainment space with its close proximity to the kitchen area.

In the primary bedroom, you will find a king-sized bed with Tommy Bahama bedding and Summer Waffle Weave blankets, scenic views, sliding door access to the back deck, and a private primary bathroom with a glass walk-in shower.

The secondary bedroom offers a queen-sized bed also equipped with Tommy Bahama bedding and Summer Waffle Weave blankets, beautiful river views, and a secondary full bathroom also accessible from the hall. The full bathroom features a shower and bathtub combination.

The third bedroom offers 2 Cocoon XL twin-sized beds (can be converted to 1 king-sized bed by request), Summer Waffle Weave blankets, and ample closet space. The closest bathroom is the secondary bathroom, accessible from the hall.

With an outdoor seating area and a rear sun deck, this cottage offers plenty of exterior areas to enjoy Kiawah's natural beauty. Enjoy lounging, sipping your morning coffee, or curling up with a good read.

The cottage is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the Inlet Cove community swimming pool and dock. The pool is unheated and open seasonally.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
