amenities to include FREE Wi-Fi, all at a VERY affordable price! No matter how

long you stay (a few days or a few months), you'll never get tired of all the

great family friendly things to do around the island! From fantastic local

restaurants, night clubs, bars, and pubs, to amusement parks, beach parks, and

sightseeing tours, voted one of the best beaches in the USA, South Padre

Island truly has it all! Unit comes with everything you could need to include:

Bath and beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper, pots and pans, glassware,

silverware, cookware, plates. All you need is to bring your personal hygiene

items, clothes and groceries leaving more space for your on the road travel.

Parking available for 2 vehicles permit not required.







**NOTE: Currently Beach goers have been encountering tar while at the beach.

Please rinse off and remove all tar, do not use towels to remove tar before

entering the Condo. You will incur additional fees for all towels and linen

that is no longer useable. **



Check in time: 3pm and Check out 10am. There is a per hour fee for late

check out at $50 per hour. Late check out is subject to approval.
