Alquiler semanal y mensual disponible en Cozy, Backyard Cottage

Una encantadora 'Little House' enclavada en un patio sombreado con estacionamiento en la calle. Cerca de todo lo que Beach Haven tiene para ofrecer. En el lado del océano, a pocas cuadras de Bay Village, Fantasy Island y otras tiendas, restaurantes y parques. Puede estacionar su automóvil en el camino de entrada cuando llegue y no volver a usarlo hasta que se vaya. Los propietarios viven en el lugar si necesita servicios especiales o tiene alguna pregunta.

Actualmente estamos aceptando alquileres semanales con horarios de llegada y salida el sábado.

La casa de dos habitaciones y un baño incluye una habitación en la planta baja con una cama doble y una habitación en la planta superior con 4 camas individuales. No incluye ropa de cama (trae tus propias sábanas y toallas). Se proporcionan utensilios de cocina que incluyen platos, ollas y sartenes, y cubiertos. Solo necesitas suministrar productos de papel y jabones, etc.

Ducha al aire libre, parrilla compartida y mesa de picnic al aire libre en el patio. Calefacción y aire acondicionado, lavadora y secadora, internet y televisión por cable. Se incluyen seis insignias de playa, pero se deben dejar atrás al salir.

Se prefiere el alquiler por temporada, pero se considerarán alquileres mensuales (no diarios ni semanales). La semana del 4 de julio solo está disponible si se alquilan otros períodos mensuales.

Nuestros últimos inquilinos volvieron cada año durante 4 años y ¡nos encantó!

Lovely little cottage in Beach Haven

This cute, standalone cottage was perfect for a week's stay in Beach Haven in September for me and my senior beagle. It had a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a bedroom on the first floor. The location was fantastic. Restaurants and shops were all within walking distance and the cottage is on the ocean side of the boulevard. Would highly recommend for a solo traveler or small family.

Close to the beach

This property met our needs as it was in a good location (access to beach and shopping). There was use of a washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave and outdoor grill. The outdoor furniture needs to be updated and it would have been nice to have an outdoor couch of some sort to sit outside and read. The owner knows that the ice machine in the freezer needs to be fixed and the dehumidifer needs to be replaced.

Everything was exactly as listed,great location for fireworks. Close to any eating or shopping you would do. 2 blocks from the beach,loved the fact that beach badges came with the house. Great owners well versed in the area.Thanks Paul

Easy walk to beach with shade

Family vacation with our dog. Just enough room. Rustic beach cottage. Great shower, and outdoor shower, clothes line outside and AC kept us sleeping like baby. Friendly owner. Brought our bikes. Need to bring napkins, paper towels, linens, bath and beach towels.

Located in a shady, private backyard with off street parking. It is within walking distance to all Beach Haven has to offer!

Awesome Classic Beach Haven Cottage!

A quiet, private, cute, clean, and comfy cottage in the heart of Beach Haven! It’s a great location for proximity to town, but private and quiet as well. It has a large outdoor shower, 2 zone AC, a grill, and outdoor seating. Off street parking is a nice bonus. The inside is just right with the kitchen and family room and one bedroom and bath on the first floor, and the upstairs has twin beds for 4 guests. Our dogs settled right in and loved it! Great hosts too!

Great little house! Excellent location

Our family of 4 had a great time at this adorable cottage and Paul was very responsive to our needs. Excellent location, easy walk to the beach and all the entertainment in Beach Haven.

Perfect place for small family

This property is in the perfect location! We walked to the beach and Bay Village daily. The house was clean and the trees on the property kept the front yard cool and comfortable even on the hottest days. We would definitely stay here again. The kitchen, dining table, and tv have been updated. There’s a washer and dryer in main bedroom closet which was convenient.

Great location and dog friendly

Would be 10/10 with just a couple inexpensive updates for comfort, especially given its diminutive size and price tag. But we had a nice week despite uncooperative weather, which was why more thoughtful and comfortable furnishings would’ve helped.

Lovely

Everything was super easy and we had a lovely week. Quick walk to beach and to town. First time we brought our dog on vacation and it was a lot of fun. Just the right amount of space and privacy.

A lovely beach house

We had another great time at LBI. The beach house was just as advertised. A few of the highlights were the private outdoor space, the gas bbq, the location, and the washer and dryer. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect location!

Fantastic location- especially for young kids. Owners are very nice and extremely responsive. The house may be a bit updated since the photos were taken (there is a flat screen TV in the living/dining area- not a CRT). Wifi was a bit spotty in the house, but worked well just outside. Overall a great little beach cottage in a great location!

Another perfect vacation!

Can't say enough about this place! This is our summer getaway. Cozy and convenient, perfect for your needs. Beach is a quick walk as is everything else. The grill and picnic area are great! Love this place :)

Hidden oasis in Beach Haven

Just the right size in just the right location. While we have stayed on LBI every year for the last 20 years we have never stayed so close to the center of Beach Haven. We were a little concerned about road/people noise......but our concerns were completely unfounded. Despite the Labor Day weekend crowds, noise was not an issue at all (and we are used to living in the country). We had the best of both worlds: Two blocks to an incredible beach and two blocks to EVERYTHING you might need on your stay. The rental house is a lovely small cottage behind the main house. There is a bright and airy outside shower, a beautiful setting for outside eating with lovely tree shade. Inside there is just what you need and not a smidge more. Central A/C, an updated kitchen, new washer/dryer. There is no wasted space! Yes, some might consider it a bit tight, my group of six (3 adults, 3 kids) found it wonderfully cozy. To top it off, the owners/managers were so friendly and responsive to every question. There was a hiccup (completely my fault) that they handled with grace. We can't wait to return!

Lil cottage

Great house!

Great location. Short walk to the beach and across the street from Fantasy Island. Upstairs kids bedroom was a definite plus with our bedroom on the lower level. Has everything you need for a week stay, dishwasher and washer/ dryer. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, walking distance to food, stores, coffee.

The place was adorable, comfortable, and had all that we needed. The outdoor shower was great when returning from the beach. My kids 14, and 17 could walk to the Pavillion on the bayside on their own and enjoyed the freedom. We cooked a few times on the electric stove and oven and used the gas grill. We loved the convenience of having access to the driveway to park two cars. During COVID all the restaurants have outdoor seating, Most people wore masks and socially distanced. I felt safe and comfortable. The beach was gorgeous, clean, close, and accessible. The lifeguards were great and there was plenty of room on the beach to social distance. Bring bikes or rent them. Everyone rode bikes. The owners were great, responsive, helpful, and kind. I would highly recommend this property.

Another beautiful stay!

This was our second year staying at this lovely beach house! We love the Home and this area. You’re so close to everything. It’s a great place to ride bikes and take in the sights. This year was unique as we were wearing masks and trying to avoid crowds. In this location that was actually possible! It was nice that our beach was less crowded than the beaches near the big hotels. We also really appreciated the gas grill and picnic table. We used them every night! The host was very gracious and kind. We hope to visit again next year!

We live on the property, in front of the cottage. We enjoy having people staying there and look forward to meeting new people. We're retired and have spent our summers on LBI since 1968. Our children grew up here, so we know just about everything there is to do and see.

This property is in a family-friendly neighborhood close to most of the amenities in town. Parking is sometimes a problem, but YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE DRIVEWAY and don't have to worry about that,

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Most people like our cottage because it sits back off the road and allows privacy. It has has shade in the back so if you get too much sun, you can relax in the shade. Walking and biking to most attractions is a big plus.
Recently updated with a washer and dryer for your convenience. We think you're going to love it here.
