1ª UNIDAD DE PISO

 ¡A ti y a tu familia les ENCANTARÁ absolutamente este cómodo BAY FRONT Beach Home con gran terraza y increíbles vistas del atardecer!

Esta propiedad es una unidad del primer piso de un dúplex con 3 dormitorios y 1. 5 baños en cada piso. Es una propiedad frente a la bahía que está a solo una cuadra de Ocean Beach. Muy fácil acceso a la bahía y la playa. Para su placer y comodidad, proporcionamos 4 insignias de playa (los niños menores de 12 años son gratis) y sillas de playa. Un kayak está disponible para nuestros huéspedes sin costo adicional (compartido por ambos pisos) con fácil acceso a la bahía para el lanzamiento en nuestro patio trasero. Nuestra playa grande y renovada tiene un salvavidas de tiempo completo de guardia durante la temporada alta.

Cocina totalmente equipada, televisor de pantalla plana de 40 'y un cómodo sofá seccional y cómodo que te hará sentir como en casa. Dos habitaciones tienen cama queen size con colchones cómodos NUEVOS de ALTA CALIDAD y el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama litera doble sobre doble. Parrilla a gas. Puertas en la cubierta. Por favor, no fumar. No se proporcionan sábanas / toallas. Lavadora y secadora se encuentran abajo en el área de garaje.

Se requiere un depósito de la mitad del plazo del alquiler al momento de la reserva, ya que es un contrato firmado y el saldo del alquiler se debe un mes antes del check-in. De sábado a sábado. Check in a las 3 pm, check out a las 10 am.

Un corto paseo a los muchos restaurantes (Daddy O está a solo unas calles de distancia, es un buen restaurante, famoso por sus horas felices :-)), heladería y un lugar para almorzar DOM's está muy cerca, licorería, tienda de alimentos y tienda de regalos. Golf en miniatura está disponible a poca distancia. Equipos de pesca, kayaks, tablas de surf, motos de agua están disponibles para alquilar cerca.

VENGA Y DISFRUTE de mañanas tranquilas con amaneceres gloriosos, tardes llenas de actividades divertidas y pies arenosos y por la noche disfrute de la brisa suave y cálida de la tarde y de atardeceres absolutamente hermosos mientras descansa en el sillón con una copa de su vino favorito. O tenga su propio restaurante frente al mar en nuestra gran terraza con vista a la bahía. ¿Qué puede ser más relajante?

We love this rental

We always have a great time when we stay here. The location is perfect. Our family and dogs love playing in the bay, and still being a short walk to the beach.

Loved being on the bay where the sun sets! It was a gorgeous view. House very clean also and host very responsive. Only very small issue was trouble locking the door and some outlets in the house very loose. Great place!

Amazing views and stay

This getaway was wonderful. It looks exactly like its pictures. the view from the back deck is amazing , spent most of our time there. It was clean and had everything you need to just have a great time and relax Thanks for everything Kevin and Viktoriya!

Great spot with beautiful views on LBI

We had a fantastic stay in LBI! Our family of 4 had plenty of space and it was wonderful to be able to bring our dog with us. The sunset views in the evening were absolutely gorgeous. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook meals. We loved staying on the bay side of the island, with just a quick walk (<5 minutes) to the beach. The owners left very clear instructions for check in and check out and were easy to communicate with prior to our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property with amazing Bay views

We stayed at this property for a long weekend in May prior to the peak summer season. Terrific property that was just renovated. The deck has great views of the Bay and is in a convenient location at Brant Beach. Booking through Viktoriya and Kevin was extremely easy and they were very prompt in responding to questions. Highly recommend staying at this property.

End of Summer Getaway

My husband and I loved our stay at this lovely bayfront home. We especially liked that we were able to bring our dog with us. The house had everything we could want including a beautiful bayfront view watching the sun set while we sat on the deck. Bed was super comfortable. The door was a bit difficult to lock but if we had read the owners' instructions a little better we wouldn't have had to call them to show us how to lock it. Very short walk to the beach and would definitely recommend staying here

Beautiful Bay View

Check in was easy, the view of the bay magnificent! The unit itself was comfortable. They allow dogs and apparently renters before us must have a big shedder since we swept at least 3 times during the week and picked up dog hair EVERYTIME it was even in the door mat. The outdoor showers were great! We wished it wasn’t on the main street or in a neighborhood but the bay view made up for the lack of curb appeal. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful HOME!

As other reviews have stated- this is a lovely home- I walked in the front door, and felt and said "Ahhh"! The view from the deck, living and dining room is gorgeous- lots of windows and comfortable seating. Immaculate, well equipped kitchen; the home is decorated to give you a sense of calm. Centrally located on the island, it is set back from the main road with lots of parking available, and a traffic light nearby to easily cross the street to the beach if you're there in season (otherwise, not an issue). The owners could not have been nicer, and I greatly appreciate the fact that their home is pet friendly. It's definitely "a keeper"! Thank you Viktoriya and Kevin!

Brant Beach By The Bay

Truly a nice property on the Bay. The deck was nice to have for Bay Sunsets however, some upgrades needed. Deck lock rusted. Front door very hard to lock. Not a bowl to be had for large servings. Bathroom towel bar was broken. On the bright side, Beds comfortable, great Cable and Streaming, great parking and not a far walk to the beach. The owners are lovely and they also provide beach badges which is a plus!!!

comfortable and clean

The house was very conveniently located. It was neat and comfortable. If I had any complaint it would be that when I got there I had to buy a hair dryer. (I have never stayed anywhere where one was not furnished) I should have paid more attention. Also, no linens were furnished. To bring beach towels, bath towels, sheets for 3 different size beds is a little inconvenient. However, I used LBI Dreamakers, and they wound up saving me the headache. (at an extra fee of course) All in all, it was a very nice place, and the sunset over the bay was awesome. The landlord was a pleasure to deal with.

Wonderful family vacay on the bay

Everything was exactly as expected. Check in was simple. We loved being able to bring our dog. The living room was nice and cozy, the kitchen seemed to have everything we needed when sometimes rentals have very little. The location of the rental is great with bay access, and then also only about a block from the beach. Sunsets from the deck were even better than the pictures in the listing! We hope to stay again!

Beautiful Off-Season Getaway

The view was perfectly beautiful. We enjoyed all the different weather types we experienced while we were there. The house had everything we needed and then some. The thoughtfulness and care of the owners is clear with all the personal touches. We will happily be back when it gets warmer!

We would like to thank you for our stay, everything was just as described. Unfortunately we caught a crappy weather week, and a lot of places were closed, so we ended up leaving a day earlier. Loved how everything was so close to home and view in back was awesome!!! Thanks again!!

Wonderful Place to Stay

This rental was perfect for our vacation. It was clean and lovely with a gorgeous view of the bay. The owners were extremely nice and their responses to my several questions and schedule changes were immediate and amenable. I highly recommend this place!

I grew up coming to LBI to my grandparents' home in Brant Beach since I was born. And that experience I treasure and would not exchange to anything else. I met my lovely wife here and now I want my kids to have the same experience as I did and love LBI as much as I do.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our Home has a very easy access to the bay and beach and we enjoy surfing, kayaking, soaking up the sun and our little children absolutely LOVE our Bay Beach.
