Brillante y alegre casa dúplex de 3 dormitorios en una tranquila calle sin salida a solo unos pasos de nuestra bahía, a dos cuadras a pie del océano. ¡Siéntate afuera en la terraza o siéntate adentro y tendrás vistas de la bahía con la mejor puesta de sol que jamás hayas visto! Disfrute de la tranquilidad de la bahía, mientras pesca, nada, navega, practica windsurf o practica esquí acuático. La bahía es de paso, muy poco profunda y lentamente llega hasta la cintura (fácil de poner en su propio kayak o vela de viento). Amarre su bote allí también. Este es el primer piso de un dúplex. El primer piso ha sido totalmente rehabilitado, incluyendo muebles nuevos, cocina completa, encimeras de granito, lavavajillas, microondas, 1. 5 baños y todas las comodidades necesarias. Baños completos limpios, recién pintados y nuevos, medio baño. con todas las necesidades del hogar. Hay un montón de estacionamiento fuera de la calle para que su estadía sea más fácil. Usted no será decepcionado. Ubicado a pocas cuadras de Acme, tiendas y restaurantes, a 5 minutos en automóvil de Fantasy Island y Water Park. Capacidad para 8 personas. Check-in was smooth, easy access to the bay and the beach. Wi-Fi and tv's worked great! Super to have a tv in each bedroom. Along with the books and board games to be entertained by.Thanks MaryJo!

House is ok

Overall our vacation was good. The home was in a perfect location but the home itself was in poor condition. When it rained the water was coming in over the door on the wall, the spindles on the railing were falling off, we dusted cobwebs from walls / ceilings, drawers were broke , outdoor shower had an algae pond from sitting water which led to many mosquitoes. The listing says bath towels provided but there were none. The owner herself seemed put off when I would message her. We will not be going back to her home. Be advised.

Pretty Sunsets

We had a great experience. Just would mention that the upstairs unit has the central air conditioning settings - so the 1st floor unit bedrooms can get really warm because of the reliance on the 2nd floor unit. Also, if you are hanging out in the first floor porch/deck, whatever is going on upstairs - it will fall on you as you sit on the first floor porch (water from leaky coolers, sand from the beach, etc). Again, we mostly had a good experience and loved the large couch/sectional where we all could sit and watch TV together.

Basic Beach House in a Great Neighborhood

The house was a perfect size for 4-6 adults. Basic necessities were all available and in working order. For a rental that allows dogs, it was fairly clean. The only thing of note was the filter in the wall AC had not been cleaned in some time and had about a half inch layer of dust on it. Otherwise no real qualms with this place. The couches were in rough shape but functional, the television was a surprisingly decent size, owners responded quickly, and we were even able to check in a little early. The front porch was especially a huge highlight; a great place to hang out, eat, or read a book. The location in Beach Haven is also great -- you can walk a few steps to the bay and watch the sunset, the walk to the beach is maybe 5 minutes, and you're really close to the Acme for groceries. Fantasy Island/Bay Village is also nearby, and there are a lot of places to eat, shop, and miniature golf within 10 minutes in any direction.

Quiet vacation

Overall a good experience. Quiet neighborhood and fairly close to beach. I normally stay in center of beach haven but found the quiet very nice

Great place, quite noisy depending on folks above

The place itself was lovely and the host was perfection. This is a lower unit and the upstairs is extremely loud. There was a family staying above with pets, and the noise was constant, night and day. We used earplugs and noise machines, but the footsteps shook the entire house. We didn't get much sleep, and our babies got sick from exhaustion. Wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper or have babies that need naps. Otherwise, a great place at the Jersey Shore.

Nice LBI Home

Everyone in our extended family enjoyed our stay. The home is 3 homes from the bay and well located for everything on LBI. The ACME supermarket is just a few blocks away as several excellent restaurants. We I’d have a major maintenance issue that the owner addressed as quickly as possible. We hope to return in the future.

Very nice house

The house was clean and comfortable. We loved that we could bring our puppy. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Loved the little beach at the end of the street. We had a great week weather wise. Can’t wait to go back in September.

Wonderful Family Week on Long Beach Island

We rented the first floor and second floor for our 3 generation gathering of 11 people. Beautiful view of the bay and only a 5 minute walk to the ocean. Children enjoyed riding the waves on buggy boards. We rented a kayak and stand=up paddling. Fine facilities for outdoor BBQ and outdoor eating Enjoyed by all Stuart

Independence week

We stayed in the bottom unit during the week of July 4th. The unit worked well for our needs, bright and cheerful! We didn’t have any idea of what was available before and was pleasantly surprised by the relatively new pots, pans and baking sheets. A toaster, coffeemaker and blender was put to use multiple times, as well as the grill, d/w and w/d which were lifesavers! The unit’s location was ideal-a short but manageable walk to the ocean and acme & the dead end street allowed for safe activities such as corn hole....The only real negative was that 2 mattresses were uncomfortable and the bedrooms at night got warm when the doors were closed, but it still did not deter from our awesome vacation. Mary Jo was wonderful and promptly returned any messages we left! As we were packing to go home, the kids started asking about next year!! We would definitely rent this unit again!!

Great Property

Very nice property! It's about two houses from the bay side so it's a quick stroll to the water to watch the sunsets. The property is centrally located and relatively easy to find. We had all the necessary amenities including high speed internet.

Great Beach House

We stayed at here the last 2 weeks of June 2018 and had a wonderful vacation. The house is on a nice quiet block with great views and friendly neighbors. There was plenty of room for us. Primarily it was 2 adults, a 3 year old and a small dog. We had a couple different visitors and were never cramped. The kitchen has everything you would need and we loved using the grill. The grill, outdoor shower and laundry are all shared with the upstairs guests, we didn't have an issues coordinating use of these amenities. The owner was extremely responsive (within an hour) and very helpful with any questions. The beach is a short 2.5 block walk from the house, you do have to cross a main road to get to the beach but its an easy walk. The Acme and Skipper Dipper are about 6 blocks away which was a huge plus for us. It was easy to get anywhere on the island from this location as it is between Surf City and Beach Haven. We really enjoyed our stay!

My family and I had a very pleasant stay in the downstairs of this house.

My family and I have been renting houses on LBI for generations. We love LBI! This property is clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. The block is peaceful and quiet. The room with the bunk beds is great for kids. We brought our dog, which costs an extra cleaning fee, but was worth every penny. It was her first time at the beach and she loved it. There is a dog run about 2 minutes away and many dog lovers on the block. The house is three houses in from the bay, so you can watch the sunset from the porch/deck. There are large windows in the living room and kitchen which allow for plenty of light. It's a dead end block with no thru traffic which made it safe for the kids to ride their bikes up and down the street. The Brighton is at the end of the block and right across the blvd. They have good breakfast and lunch. However, we ate most of our meals at the house. We did a lot of BBQ-ing on the grill for dinner. The beach is 3 blocks away and Bay Village, Fantasy Island and Thundering Surf are less than 10 minutes driving. There is one full bathroom and one half bathroom as well as an outdoor shower. I never had to wait to use the bathroom or take a shower. This was especially a big deal to my wife. She and I and our two children had a great time and with a third bedroom there was plenty of room for guests. We reached max capacity of 8 two times during our stay and we never felt cramped or uncomfortable. I would highly recommend renting this property to anyone who likes sunsets, beach living, grilling and kicking back in a cozy beach house.
