Awesome stay for a family of five. Very clean and comfortable space with a closet full of beach gear. Great pool area when you're worn out from the beach. The manager even shared heads up about rocket launches from Canaveral.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and would highly recommend it. If you are looking for a very comfortable condo just steps from the beach and steps from the pool, this is your spot. We were able to watch two rocket launches from the beach, which was amazing!

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Walking distance to the pier restaurants and shopping. The host responded quickly when i had questions. The condo was well stocked with pots, pans ,dishes and glasses. The pool area is great. Plenty of chairs. Definitely worth the price! This is my 2 nd time in this unit and I look forward to coming back.

We enjoyed staying at your condo. It was a perfect size for us and a plus that you had a pack and play for our 16 month old granddaughter. The grounds are very well maintained, as well as the condo. They had beach chairs and a umbrella for us as well as beach towels. Easy access to the beach. What stood out was the fact that the owners had laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher detergent, all the staples that I didn't need to buy. It was wonderful having a washer /dryer in the condo.The owners were very quick with responding to my texts and guiding me with information . Thank you again For allowing us to rent your unit and letting us continue to make special memories with our family.

Beautiful condo with ocean view. Easy access to beach, pier, shopping, and restaurants. Property manager provided excellent communication prior to and throughout stay. Would stay again when traveling to the Cocoa Beach area.
