The house was picture-perfect. Kayaking, fishing off the dock, relaxing on one of the decks- it was truly a time to unwind. The hosts had snacks in the kitchen, fresh towels, blankets and sheets. The view was beautiful from inside and outside the house. The tiki bar was a treat. It had a fridge and big screen TV, as well as games, cocktail recipes and so much more. We had the best time and the hosts made us feel so welcome. We are so glad we found this beautiful place to stay.

Great place and super quiet!

This place was awesome. It was big enough for what we needed but still very cozy. Unfortunately it rained a lot while we were down there, but they have the front area to watch and listen to the storms. They also have the bar that’s covered downstairs too that is fantastic. We’d stay here again no problem.

Perfect weekend!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! This place was PERFECT! I’ve stayed in many rentals, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had! Great amenities, great location, and great host! Diana was so thoughtful and all of her little touches throughout the home were warm and inviting! Absolutely will stay here again!

Unique House with Great Location and All the Amenities!

My wife and I brought our kids (6 and 10) during the second week of October and had an absolutely perfect vacation. The house is well kept, well stocked, and clean, and has everything you need to enjoy your time there. We spent our time boating, relaxing in the hot tub, playing games at the bar downstairs, fishing, swimming, and having tons of laughs on the deck. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, but this one is truly one of a kind in its ability to create family memories!

Weekend in October

The cabin was great and the host was awesome. Staying in several VRBOs I very rarely had communication with the host. Here I was welcomed and encouraged to ask questions. They were always answered quickly The cabin was very well stocked we really enjoyed the hot tub and the Blackstone grill. We were looking for a quiet weekend and that’s what we got

Hubby’s birthday trip and getaway

Everything was wonderful! The owner knew we were going down for my husbands birthday and even had birthday balloons waiting for us! We honestly don’t have one bad thing to say about this property. We use VRBO quite a bit. The tiki bar was definitely our main hang out and is such a cool and unique part of this home! The dock was great to swim off of and just float in the lake with a drink. The location of the dock was great! We had so much fun and will definitely be back! PS: the pictures don’t do it justice, this was truly a great place to stay. The inside of the home is very nice as well. The owner was so accommodating and very quick to answer any of our questions and made sure to ask if there was anything that we needed to contact her.

Better than the pictures!

It's rare that a property is actually better than the pictures in the listing but this one is! For a lake house, it was exceptionally cleanQ What is this property best used for? In our case, it was much needed relaxing time. We spent 90% of our time on the tiki bar deck and the dock. The girls drank and gossiped and the boys fished for blue gill and bass. We had planned to go out to dinner both nights that we were there but we ended up never leaving the property and made do with the lunchmeat sandwiches that we had brought. This is the place for folks who like to relax and unwind with a cocktail or many. Having a bathroom on the tiki bar level was perfect. There was ice already stocked in the freezers and music set up in the tiki bar. We did take the kayaks out one morning. It was beautiful and calm going into the cove. Later in the morning/afternoon wasn't so calm once the boats/jet skis start making their way in. There's a feral cat that hangs around and politely asks for food. The boys would throw a bluegill her way and she went crazy for it! Everything we needed was in the kitchen, including a cute little coffee bar. We are already planning our fall trip. Only one disclaimer, and it should be obvious based on the pictures in the posting, but there are quite a few stairs from the main house down to the tiki bar/dock level. Not an issue for us but if you or your guests have problems with stairs this should be a consideration.

The best place you can vacation to

Honestly there’s so much! Absolutely spotless and clean coming in. They set you up with a bunch of snacks and morning oatmeal and coffee. The have seasonings there already so you can cook whatever you want. Absolutely quiet area and with all the wildlife around the windows and walls seal almost all the sound out which is amazing. Hot tub was ready when we got there. The half bathroom is located behind the hottub and for an outdoor bathroom holy crap it’s nice. Now onto the tiki bar. It was beautiful. Pictures do not described the whole experience and their deck set up. I didn’t realize it would feel air conditioned cause it kept cool 24/7. They have accessible bug spray fly swatters, whatever you need to feel comfortable. Honestly no bug issue cause the spiders stay where they are and catch everything for you! View is absolutely amazing and the private dock already was set up with fishing gear. Swimming was great in the cove so it was party city which I loved. We got to see turtles and ducks come through. Wish I caught a fish but seeing them come around was amazing. There’s so much I want to say how much I loved this place. There was absolutely no bad things at all. The atmosphere with all the cute lights on deck and on the way down. My partner and I found this to be a dreamWe wish we could’ve shared it with more people but oh well they missed out! I am definitely gonna book this place again multiple times a year. The host responds very quickly and gave us amazing recommendations for gluten free options cause my partner has celiacs disease. They were so accommodating. The neighbors who rented next to us were definitely jealous of our property!Please book this place if not I will!

Winner Winner

Hands down these are the best hosts we have ever had. We literally could have arrived with clothes and some food and would have had everything we needed for a lake vacation. We did rent a boat locally as that was not included. The beds and linens were luxurious, the kitchen is very well stocked. We absolutely LOVED the location and this home. The hosts responded very quickly to any questions we had. The neighbors are super friendly and anything you might want or need to buy is a short drive from the home. Wildlife was abundant from deer to turtles to fish, and birds. Our stay in this secluded cove made us actually consider buying our own little piece of paradise. We highly recommend this rental. Five stars is not enough!
