Welcome to Ola Grande 104. This beachside condo is proudly managed by Happy Palm Stays and sits next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier. Walk to the sand in moments. Spend mornings on the beach and afternoons by the heated pool. Unwind on site with shuffleboard and BBQ grills. Enjoy easy evenings with dining, live music, and family fun at the Pier. 🌞

The condo is set up for a relaxed stay. The living area is bright and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped for simple meals. Sleep well with a king in the primary suite and two doubles in the guest room. A queen air mattress adds flexibility. In unit laundry and free parking keep things easy. Beach gear is included so you can pack light. 🌴

The condo was so nice. We loved it. So close to the beach and the pier. The condo looked just like it did in the pictures on Vrbo. Very clean, large rooms, nice bathrooms. Planning on going back in 2026.

Everything was perfect for our stay. Smaller resort, quiet, on the beach, pool very clean and right out our door, everything was within walking distance and the price was good.Place is exactly like the listing. Very clean and stocked with everything you need. Already booked again for next year.

Perfect Location

It was the best location!!! Only unit on the pool and private access to the beach. The unit was clean, plenty of room and very comfortable. I would stay again!

Absolute gem! Location is top notch, beach just steps away, pool area is very well maintained, staff was incredible and those around us were extremely welcoming. Met new friends from across the pond. Found our new place on the beach.

Perfect Place!

Our vacation just ended and we have to say this condo was absolutely amazing! You can walk out on the patio and be literal steps to the pool! The private Beach access is very convenient. The condo is also very close to shops, restaurants and the grocery. It was very clean and had everything we needed for the week provided. Our host was absolutely amazing, helpful and very fast to respond to our texts! We can’t recommend this vacation condo enough!

Awesome family experience

Nice property. The pool is just outside your patio door. The kids loved being in the water. The beach was a hop skip and a jump away from the condo and the Cocoa Beach Pier was just as close. We enjoyed it all.

Girls getaway

Beautiful, well equipped property. We stayed a week and the pool area was well taken care of with plenty of seating and space, also in a locked area so that only tenants from the property could use. Any issues were quickly resolved and excellent communication with the management. This unit was the best on the property as it has direct access to the pool area. I definitely recommend this unit. Easy access to the beach and closest property to the Cocoa Beach pier. Would definitely stay there again

Great Stay

Everything was awesome! Staff was on point with everything we needed for our stay. We celebrated a birthday and recovery from foot surgery, so it was definitely needed. Thanks to our host and his team for being awesome!!! The condo was very nice and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed for our private chef. We also had everything we needed for the beach provided by our the condominiums. We will be back to stay again soon!

The property was very nice overall. The pool was steps out the door and the beach was just a few minutes walk away, and very close to the pier. Email communication about the property was thorough and timely. The only thing that I could suggest for improvement is the mattresses on all three beds were very uncomfortable. The kitchen did have a good supply of items for basic cooking, but the pots and pans could use replacing.
