PLEASE. NOTE: there will be construction for the remainder of 2024-2026, across the street to the North. They are building a Westin Resort. We are located in the sought after Sandcastles condominiums, 1050 North Atlantic Ave, you can sit on our balcony to enjoy the sunrise and sunset, from the third floor. #303. North facing balcony with a view of the ocean and Cape Canaveral Rocket launches. Walking distance to parks, restaurants and shopping. Short drive to Orlando Theme Parks, and cruise ports. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. Beach closet stocked with cooler, towels, toys, chairs. Private access to the beach. Or you can enjoy our pool and tennis or pickleball. Plenty of private parking on site. Elevator accessible.

Awesome value

We had an amazing stay. Sherry was fantastic to deal with and super responsive. Lots of beach stuff provided and kitchen stuff! Very clean, all the amenities you can possibly need. Great view from the balcony. Will definitely stay again!

Baseball getaway

My husband and son had the best time. They went down for.a.week of baseball and looked forward to going back to the condo to relax in the comfort and enjoy the beach. Couldn*t be happier with this place to stay.

Cocoa Beach Vacation

We all had a greasy trip! We were a little worried that the patio window did not face out towards the beach. Once you get onto the patio, the beach is to the right around the corner. Everything you might need for a fun beach day is provided along with everything you would need to cook a decent meal. We loved our time here and would definitely visit again!

Great Location

We had the best time visiting Cocoa Beach! The condo was perfect. Location was great as it was a short walk to the beach. I don’t think we ever had to wait for the elevator and it was during a holiday week. So many great places to eat within walking distance. Gregorys was our favorite! Hope to be back soon!

Would absolutely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay during the last week of June 2024. The place was as described and provided us with everything we needed while we were there. The condo was clean and very welcoming. We had access to beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys and more. Bedding, linens and bath towels were provided. There was a washer and dryer for use as well. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need for making dinners at “home”. The location of the condo was close to shops, markets, and restaurants. The shared pool was kept clean. The beach access is a short walk through a locked private gate with a nice shower off area to rinse away sand. Sherry was fabulous to deal with and was very prompt with responses to questions I had regarding our stay. An added bonus to our stay was getting to see both satellites and rockets launching. Perfect view right on the beach! We had an 6 year old boy and a 15 year old girl in tow, both had fun. Miniature golfing, candy stores, ice cream shops, shopping at Surf Style and Ron Jon’s, and a guided dolphin tour were just a few of our stops. Overall a perfect vacation, I just wish we could have stayed longer! I would absolutely recommend staying here! Thank you, Sherry, for opening your home to us and helping to make our Cocoa Beach stay a memorable experience!

Perfect getaway

Highly recommend. The short walk to the beach was perfect for us “old” ladies :) the place was clean and spacious. Communication was quick and friendly. Check in/out was super easy. Close to restaurants, parks, and Cape Canaveral. We watched 2 launches from the beach! Will visit again!

Happy Mothers Day

We are Floridians! Our family lives in Merritt Island. We had a blast with our family and enjoyed our condo rental very much. It is well maintained and very safe. The down side to the property itself is that there is a huge public parking right beside the condo with no public bathroom facilities. A lot of people just going outside or in the water. Shame on the Cocoa Beach government! Also major tear down right next door.

Amazing Beach Vacation

This place is amazing!!! The pictures are just as this place is. It is beautiful. I was so happy. There was everything you would need. Including everything you would need for the beach. Seriously, if you are looking for an amazing condo with plenty of room and all the amenities this is the place you want to stay!!!

We love hosting in Sandcastles! The tenants are very friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect and accessible to local entertainment and restaurants by foot or car! So much to do here.
