Welcome to our charming waterfront cottage on the shores of Sturgeon Lake! Get ready for endless spectacular sunsets right from the deck or dock with direct western views.

This has been a family cottage since 1986, and we're excited to share it with you. Perfect for families, it offers a clean, swimmable waterfront free of weeds and algae, making it the perfect spot for water activities.

There's even a toddler-friendly gradual entry to the swimming area. We recommend water shoes since the bottom is a bit rocky, but that's why our family loves it – the rocks keep it clear of weeds and algae for some worry-free fun in the water!

Keep an eye out for local wildlife, with ducks and swans often swimming by. The property is adorned with many birdhouses, providing a charming touch to your surroundings.

Being only 5 minutes from downtown Fenelon Falls means you have easy access to great places to eat and shop. Even on cloudy days, there's plenty to do.

Inside, you'll find three cozy bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining area make evenings enjoyable. Not to mention, the views of the lake from inside the cottage allow you to keep an eye on the kids even from the kitchen sink.

And for all the comforts of home, we've got you covered with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Don't forget the large deck – perfect for taking in the waterfront views while staying shaded. It's a perfect spot to unwind.

UPDATE: Water toys will be available in time for summer! Kayaks and a paddle boat will help you and your family get out and enjoy the water! Dock upgrades will also be ready for summer, with new mooring whips and heavy duty cleats for your boating needs!
