Condo was very clean and welcoming. Very beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday. Very conveniently located close to main attractions. I must also point out the recliners were so comfortable . Will definitely be booking again.

Wonderful they had carts to help get personal items up to room. Room was easy access for me being handicap. Love the location, easy to get to things in the area. Views of area were very nice. Loved the sunset views from front door of condo. Loved it had 1.5 bathroom. Would stay again.

A fun little getaway

We had a very good time. A lot to do on site and close by. The grandkids loved the pool and the playground. We would definitely stay again!

Conveniently Located

Great condo. The king sized bed was comfortable, the place was clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There was a personal note left by the property owners, which I thought was a nice touch. Would stay here again.

Great little Condo in the Smokies

We celebrated our 36th Anniversary at this condo in the Smokies. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. There was a small glass with chocolates with a welcome note from the owners - such a small gesture but was so nice! Would stay at this property again.

Stay was very comfortable and quiet. Location was Great and pleasant with the walking trail and the pool. Did not like the Black Towels, so we had to buy white towels. Overall GREAT stay will consider booking again for a weekend getaway at the same complex! Thank You!

Quick trip

My husband, myself, our adult son and 2 of his kids stayed for 2 nights. Really nice, clean condo. Just a couple of negatives- The bunks were not made up, and aren’t easy to make.. The kitchen could use a baking sheet. Definitely not deal breakers, though. We would stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay here but was disappointed when we checked in the condo was not cleaned or ready, contacted owner & we had to leave for an hour for it to be cleaned. TV in living room wasn’t working, owner had to come back & fix the channels. Shower was a bit small, could have been bigger. Location was nice & quiet.

Great Condo!

We always stay at Mountain View. Largest one bedroom condos I've seen. Nice balcony. Centrally located, only one minute off the Parkway. Never had to wait for an elevator and the car is close by. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Washer and dryer a big plus. Checking in/out could not have been easier. I cannot think of anything negative to say about this rental!

We were at Mountain Condos in Pigeon Forge Tn. We enjoyed our vacation from Wednesday until Sunday morning, then the only elevator tore up, I have to use a walker to get around. So far 3 days I was stuck at the condo. They made no efforts to get it fixed. We cut our stay short because of the elevator situation. We checked out and went to a motel. I wouldn’t recommend people stay there .

Nice Condo

We always enjoy our trip to the mountains. We like Mountain View Condos. Things that need to addressed in this condo is, the sheets on the bed & the towels. The sheets do not fit well & it would be nice if they were white so they could be bleached the same with the towels, better sanitized. There is no ice maker or trays of any kind for ice. There is a lot of gnats in the kitchen.

Overall a nice place to stay. The cleanliness could have been some better- the dried up toothpaste on the bathroom knob and bathroom cabinet from the last person there wasn't what I wanted to see. Along with the dirty washer and dryer. Some weather stripping around the door would be nice so you can't see the outside from the inside with the door closed and locked. The inside pool is NOT heated, don't go expecting a nice warm swim when its 55 outside. There is no childproof dishes or cups, very little cooking utensils and no sheet pans. It would have been nice to not have to make up the bunkbeds to have the kids sleep on, they are hard enough to make but trying doing it with king size sheets. There is also no plug for the tub so save an extra wash cloth to keep it plugged.
