2 Bedrooms, 1.5 bath, 2 seperate living areas plus a deck, BBQ, garage, laundry and fenced in garden. Open plan designer space, for your comfort ceiling fans are in every room and all linen and towels are provided.
High speed Wi Fi & on demand Netflix on 2 smart Tv's.

Our beautiful townhouse has luxurious fixtures and fittings though out and has been completed to the highest standard.
All linen and towels are provided and there are ceiling fans in every room and on the deck so you will be comfortable during your stay.
The Location
- Convenient location walking distance to everything in Yamba without walking up and down hills!
- Leave your car at the property and enjoy your holiday without the stress of parking the car.
- Walk to beaches, river, golf course, markets, clubs, cafes, restaurants and downtown main street within minutes.
Main Living Space
- Open concept kitchen, dining and living.
- Kitchen has stainless steel 5 star appliances including extra large gas oven and cooktop, dishwasher and stone bench tops.
- New High definition Smart TV with complementary Netflix.
- Deck with BBQ and fenced in garden flows out from main living space creating indoor and outdoor living.
- There is also a toilet and laundry with washer and dryer on this floor.
- Additional seperate living space on main level with couch and TV, This Tv is also a smart TV and has complementary Netflix. Perfect if Kids want to watch a movie and parents want to watch the news!
- The single car lock up garage is accessible from the main living space.
Upstairs-
- Main bedroom features a queen size bed with huge walk in wardrobe and direct access to the bathroom . This bathroom has a seperate shower and full size bath and is extremely generous in size.
- Second bedroom had two single beds and a wardrobe. Also with direct access to the main bath.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house.
