We do want to clarify for future guests that there is a wardrobe in the bedroom with hanging space for clothing. That said, we understand that additional storage or more obvious placement can make a stay more comfortable, and we’ll take a closer look at how this is presented. We also appreciate your comments regarding the kitchen setup and furnishings. While the suite is designed to be simple and efficient for shorter stays, your feedback is well taken, and we’re reviewing additions to enhance the overall experience. We take your concerns seriously, particularly regarding the outdoor cleanliness, items left on the porch, and the disruption caused by the cleaning team. That should not have happened, and we are addressing this directly with our team to ensure it does not recur. We’re also reviewing our turnover and final inspection procedures to prevent anything being left behind or guest spaces being impacted. We apologize as well for the internet and TV outage during your stay. While service interruptions can occasionally occur, we understand how frustrating that is — especially when paired with difficulty reaching us. We are currently reviewing our communication protocols to ensure guests can always reach us quickly when issues arise. We regret that your stay fell short and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.
