Boat ramp a couple of hundred meters away. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are in a newly renovated sleepout connected by the deck off the lounge/dining spaces with a storage room. This is very comfortable with new beds; the rooms are insulated each with a ranchslider to the outside. There is a small office with a single mattress. Gas fireplace in the lounge and outdoor fireplace to toast your marshmallows, or lounge by to enjoy the long summer evenings, or starry winter nights!

Please note, there are 2 security cameras, one facing the driveway entrance and one facing the front gate, These cameras face the entrance points only and do not overlook any indoor spaces or private outdoor guest areas. Upon request they can be disabled for the duration of your stay.

Volleyball (or badminton) court, plenty of off street parking. Single level property recently refurbished with new kitchen and bathrooms etc.
