WOW, esta casa ha sufrido una transformación total! La impresionante renovación, además de las tranquilas vistas a la laguna, hacen de esta casa una opción perfecta para la relajación y el confort. Esta casa de Palmetto Dunes ofrece 4 dormitorios, 4. 5 baños, una piscina privada * climatizada y un spa, y está a solo 5 minutos a pie de la playa. La sala de estar con un televisor de pantalla plana grande tiene muchos asientos para toda la familia con una pared de ventanas con vista a la zona de la piscina. Nuevos pisos de tablones de madera a lo largo. Junto a la sala de estar se encuentra el comedor formal con capacidad para 10 personas, que está abierto a la impresionante cocina gourmet con encimeras de mármol, horno de doble pared, fregadero de bar y una isla grande con capacidad para 3, además de un desayunador con capacidad para 6 , deslizadores conducen a la piscina. Un rey suite principal con baño completo contiguo con un combo de bañera / ducha completa este piso.

A pocos pasos se encuentra una sala multimedia con sofá cama y televisor de pantalla plana. Este nivel también ofrece 2 dormitorios: un rey con baño privado y un dormitorio doble con baño privado que tiene una ducha a ras de suelo. Unos pocos pasos más conducen a otra sala de estar y un sofá cama. ¡Este es un lugar perfecto para que los niños escapen! También se encuentra en este nivel un acogedor espacio tipo loft y la magnífica suite principal y el hermoso baño en suite con bañera grande y ducha a ras de suelo.

Hilton Head Stay - Property Exceeds Expectations

Property is strategically located. Very Clean. Property rooms laid-out nicely. Labeling of lights, cabinets, etc was a huge plus. The Vacation Company did an excellent job before check-in, during check-in and check-out. Would highly recommend. Note: Hot Tub efficiency needs to be checked.

My extended family and I had a wonderful stay at this property and created so many fond memories as a family during our trip to Hilton Head. It was just a short walk to the beach and close to so many great area attractions. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the layout of the place. Our stay was during the Tropical storm Debbie this year but we didn't let that ruin our trip at all. I would highly recommend this property and we are hoping to come back next year as well.

A perfect house near the beach

This was our second stay at this property. Stayed at the home in 2021 and loved it. I think it had been recently renovated in 2021 and the house was perfect so we came back in 2024. The house is starting to show some ware, but it was still enjoyed in 2024. It has everything you need and is located 5-7 minutes from the beach. The pool was an ideal size for our group of 6 adults and 4 children. We had a problem with the internet and and pool. Service people arrived in a timely manner and solved the problems. I would recommend this home to anyone

Excellent visit

The location is ideal b/c of it's proximity to the tennis center and also the nearby walking path that takes you toward to beach. We had an absolute blast. We rented chairs and a cooler and were so grateful for the bikes and wagon we could also use. Kitchen is well appointed and bedrooms and living spaces are comfortable. The pool and hot tub were also great when we returned from the beach. All in all it was a great property and we hope to rent it again soon.

Great place!

Very pretty, great location and very nice company to work with. They even decorated for fall/Halloween which was a nice touch. The size is great for a family or group of friends. Quick and easy walk to the beach. The house has all the baby necessities (high chair, baby utensils, etc)

Great property

The property was amazing! Very clean great cooking setup inside and out. The layout is very clever! There were plenty of sleeping options for the eight people that stayed. The master bedroom suite upstairs, just excellent! We all loved the pool as well. Access to the beach was a quick walk and the entire area was well kept. We swam, soaked in the hot tub and grilled every day. The back yard was very nice and comfortable for the first few days. Our only issue is with the location. This house is directly across from the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort. They had a large refrigerated truck there for the last three days of our trip. On a good day it was like small construction equipment. When it was opened it was like a very large excavator. The worst was we got woken up a little after 4 AM with the loud machine noise and sunset banging around in it. We talked with the hotel and we effectively told to pound sand. Yes they need to run their business but they really should be considerate with their surrounding community. Renters or not. This is the only reason we cannot rate this a 5 star stay which pains us.

Beautiful home in Palmetto Dunes very close to the beach

My husband, elderly parents, and young adult son spent a week in this lovely home after New Years. There was more room than we needed (another family member had to cancel last minute). It was nice to have so much room to spread out for some quiet time, then gather together in the spacious first floor for meals and watching television. The furnishings were high end—beautiful yet comfortable. We paid the additional fee to heat the pool and hot tub and were glad we did. We took advantage of the bikes in the garage which were included with the rental fee. My dad, who is in his 80’s is very picky but had nothing but praise for this property! We highly recommend this property.

Fabulous House & Location

Our family of 9, ranging from age 16-70, spent a wonderful week here. We did wipe down the kitchen surfaces on arrival as they didn’t seem to be completely clean but due to limited staffing now and turning the house around in a short amount of time we understood that. Other than that the home was Great! The house is spacious with a well equipped kitchen & beautiful outdoor patio/pool. We loved the hot tub. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and having the bikes was a big plus. We have rented before where we had to also rent bikes but not here. They were in good condition. Everything you need is at your fingertips in the kitchen. That was very helpful since we cooked every night but one. And The Vacation Company was quick to our response on needing extra linens for the roll out bed. This is a perfect spot for a large family to spread out in. We hope to come back again.

Fantastic property

This home is amazing. It has everything you need to have fun, cook a meal and relax. It is close to the beach for the times you want to be by the ocean. Small problem with hot tub, but we made a call and someone came almost immediately to repair it. My family and I have already decided to return to this house for our next family vacation.

Living the Dream!

Great location - short walk to the beach - and lovely pool home. Well stocked and clean. Great layout in which everyone has their own space and perfect gathering space. I saw a few online reviews that said communication is lacking from owner. If you communicate via VBRO app, you might have that impression; however, just call or email the property manager (The Vacation Company) and you'll get all your questions answered. We'll definitely rent this place again!

Best house we’ve rented

We absolutely loved this house. It was super clean and comfortable and they thought of everything. No need to run out and buy soap, TP, garbage bags, etc., which was great. The house is also so well stocked of every dish, utensil and gadget you’d need - they even had sundae spoons! And of course, the pool, spa, canal and landscaping were perfect. The bikes were so fun and the beach was less than a 5 minutes walk. I hesitate to write this review because I don’t want this house to be all booked up as we’ll definitely be back. Thank you for making our HHI trip so amazing!

Outstanding property management

We had a minor issue with crib and pool temperature. The property management was incredibly responsive. The house is well stocked and very comfortable for a large family.

Beautiful home lacks renter amenities

this place really was a gorgeous home inside and out. In that I give it a 10/10. It was plenty spacious for the family to spread out or come together for meals and not feel cramped. The pool and the hot tub were fantastic, and the pool/ patio overlooked the canal the house was on. In terms of renter friendliness, it was 2/10. The only thing that would have taken this place over the top was to have some beach straps there. Beach chairs, cooler, wagon etc to go back and forth the beach would have been exceptional. It was annoying to have to pay a fortune on top of the premium we paid for the house to have to go pay for rental chairs too. Plus go buy one of the cheap foam coolers that snap if you look at them the wrong way. Overall it was a beautiful place and if you don't plan on spending any time at the beach it's absolutely perfect.
