Beach Place #205 - Large three bedroom 2 bath unit with Beach and John's Pass Views. This corner unit has southern exposure affording you a sunrise view along with south and southwest views of the Gulf. View Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk, the fishing jetty, dolphins & boats traveling through the intracoastal waterway. Enjoy beautiful Gulf breezes from your private balcony.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

King bed in master bedroom with private bath as well as access to the balcony. Two Queen beds in first guest bedroom and one Queen in the third bedroom. Two large baths with tub shower combos. Occupancy of up to 8 guests in this unit.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available. This is a non smoking home that offers 1 assigned parking space There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

But no vacation would be complete with multiple trips to the beach, swimming pool and BBQing! Fortunately, these are all right here, just steps away! Another plus- John's Pass Village is just across the street! At the Pass you and your family and friends can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 foot pirate themed boardwalk. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gump's, Hooters and Hubbard's Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Nice rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very good time in this condo. The pool area was clean and and well maintained. The beach was close and beautiful. The elevator was slow, but this is an old building and that is to be expected. The stairwell was brightly lit and clean. I felt safe using it at anytime of the day.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Renting from Beach place condos was easy and the location was perfect. The condo looked much better online than in person. The floor tiles were cracked by the balcony door. Missing in the kitchen. There was apiece on temporary carpet in the laundry room just laid on the floor that would move when you walked. The elevator was very slow or broken as well as the gate to the beach. We travel there every year and this was disappointing.

Elevator

I booked this before the hurricane so the elevator was not an issue. Called after and was told it was only one flight. It was tow and we had people over 85 with us. The trip was a disaster. They couldn’t leave the apartment. Also the outlets in the bedroom were so bad all the plugs need to be replaced. Medical machines would not stay plugged in. No inyernet. If we could have gotten flights back we would have left immediately. The carpet is so dirty in the one room you couldn’t sleep in there

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location! We had a wonderful breeze, gorgeous sunsets and we saw countless manatees and dolphins! The building was disappointing, it was dirty, there was a spilled soda and candy in our hallway that was never cleaned. There is only one elevator for the entire building and it was out of order quite frequently! Luckily, we were on the third floor so we took the stairs a lot. The condo itself, was very outdated. Since we paid $3500 for the week, we were disappointed.

It's a NO for me - Beach Place Unit #205

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very outdated, but I already knew that from the pictures, hence the lower price. However, the real problem lies in public beach parking and access right out the balcony of our unit and in front of the condo. People were loud, getting dressed in the parking lot, using Beach Place's pool and beach area. They were smoking cigarettes, pot and drinking. It was very crowded and loud. There was absolutely no security anywhere. They did have someone using a very loud leaf blower every morning around 7am. So much for relaxation and sleeping in. One of the bedrooms had a broken window, so my granddaughter couldn't sleep in there. The elevators are very slow. They also came in unannounced and sprayed for bugs while we were there with no warning but only left a card in the unit. We don't allow commercial pesticides around our baby granddaughter, and this was unacceptable. I tried to call the office a few times to discuss these issues but no answers. I finally just decided to grin and bear it and try to enjoy our vacation.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would not stay there again. Condo needs a lot of improvements for the price you pay alot of stuff broken that I listed with the office. Also staying next to the public parking lot was nice but noisy all night long with people screaming and car squealing tires all night long. View is ok. Cannot even use the screen door it’s broken and asked for it to be fixed but never was. Dishes dirty had to was them before we used them. Knifes and forks had food stains on the had to wash them. Maybe the other condos are ipdated and are nicer than this one. Location was great.
